I had a very good experience with Seth Bullard and his team at My Roof and Home. I had some loose shingles on a very old roof (20+ years) and had Seth come out and give me a free inspection. The report he provided was very detailed with pages of photos and explanations of every type of issue he saw. When I filed the claim with my home owner's insurance because of the wind and hail damage Seth had documented, Seth even came out and met the adjuster on my roof to help me make the case for my claim.After the claim was approved the team who replaced the roof did a fabulous job as well. They had the whole thing completed in about a day and a half and did an amazing job cleaning up when they finished. The new roof looks great and you can't even tell they were here.Extremely happy with the quality of the work they did as well as the level of service that Seth and his team provided. The whole thing was a surprisingly pleasant experience. I highly recommend these guys.

We had My Roof and Home out to our home to inspect our roof after noticing a couple of shingles on the ground after a storm. They found several issues with our shingles. There was wind damage, hail damage and the even found where the shingles were improperly installed by the builder when the house was built. Jake worked with our insurance company to resolve our issues. Everything was great from the start to finish. My Roof and Home was GREAT. Highly recommend. Ask for Jake!

They were very nice when came for estimate and later for fixing roof.Roof was not leaking before they replace with new architectural shingles.Once they finished work my ceiling cracked and water leaked to my bedroom. Several phone calls, several messages, text messages finally after someone come to fix after 9 months. Water leak has gone through dry wall to my master bed room carpet. Which got mold. I feel like to sue them for not taking care of it well. 50years warranty shingles and their work is mess. Their so called "Best" workers have ruined my house. I am afraid of big damage in floor and wall.Their careless employees have use ladder in such way that damage my gutters new $1000 gutter guard has got damage and its entrance of house .....Worst worst worst.
