RCI installed a roof on our deck enclosure in 2019 and ever since that date, it has leaked profusely from multiple areas. We called out the GC and RCI to take a look at the issue and attempt to make repairs and no one has been able to fix it. The wood framing is now rotting and it's going to cost more to fix it than we paid for the entire enclosure. RCI said they would come out and attempt further repairs in early June. It is now the end of July, the wood is molding as a direct result of the leaks from the roof, and multiple employees are now not answering or even returning calls or responding to texts. You cannot email them because their email addresses and website no longer work. Their excuse to me was that the pitch of the roof on my deck is too low for the type of METAL roofing I had installed and I should've installed standing seam. I'm not a roofer, I wouldn't know what was appropriate and they NEVER recommended a different kind of roofing material to me at a time when I couldn't be there 24/7 to monitor their work due to my husband being in the hospital. STAY AWAY unless you want a lot of headaches.

I love my custom made shower door. They designed exactly what I told them I wanted. They were extremely professional and they even had my door a week early that’s how efficient they are. Chase is the best sales representative I have ever dealt. pricing was even less the I had expected and Chase didn’t have that usual regular pushy salesman spiel. They also replaced all the windows in my house. Again I designed a 4 panel unusual door and he was able to make that as well. I would 100% recommend them for any job.

I just had a great experience with RCI. They were very professional and sensitive to my individual case. Lucky was my first point of contact. He walked me through the process of getting all my measurements and explained the differences in the quality / cost of materials. Then Tara assisted me with the procedural steps. She was always a joy to communicate with. She was professional, informative, and always prompt with responses to my emails and phone conversations. The crew that completed my roof seemed to be very organized and systematic! Although I’m no construction guru, I really appreciated the fact that the crew constantly cleared all debris while simultaneously completing my new roof. At no time did I ever feel like I was “just another roof client.” I’d definitely recommend their services to others!

They helped me with my roof repair and they found the issue with my house that an inspector missed when we purchased the house and an assessor missed when we had water coming into our basement.Prior to having them repair the unsealed vent issue,t other quotes were given and neither of them were able to detect the issue with the vent.I'm very thankful for Chase and their team who were very thorough in their work. I recommend them without hesitation.

I highly recommend RCI. They did a roof replacement on our house. We were walked through every step of the process, and everything was done exactly as promised. So let me say that as someone who is capable of a lot on my own I am probably the worst type of customer anyone could have. I was selling my home in Dallas And ran into a good bit of things I needed to repair before I could put it on the market and get top dollar for it. They came in and painted my entire house and fixed my master bedroom shower (broken tiles) and made the countless other small repairs around the house. They had a reasonable price along with professional attitudes. When you need home repair give them a call!!!

Left our ceiling like this and refuse to accept responsibility. We bought a home and the previous owner had them do new insulation. Great, right? Wrong. Scott was nice on the phone but never got back to me and today Tara was absolutely rude. She said our ceiling was already like this. Which is her calling me a liar on top of not fixing an issue they caused. She also said she had spoken to our builder, but this house was built in 1985 so that’s highly unlikely. Don’t use them. If they mess anything up it was obviously already like that.

Worst place/environment to work in. There's always a problem with your check, over worked, unprofessional, and do not value their employees. Stayed there for a while and quit after always having to make professionalism suggestions, correcting my check, and being over-worked.Cool people and personalities but a terrible job experience for myself and the other 4 people that have quit in the time I was an employee.

I give this company 0/5 stars, I had to at least give them 1/5 to post this review. They have been trying to install a shower door correctly for OVER A YEAR! They still haven't gotten it correct. When I called the General Manager, Shawn Shelton over the last botched installation he blamed the contractor that did the tile and hung up on me. Never mind that his company, RCI, came back and measured the space AFTER THE TILE HAD BEEN FIXED AND THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG. Steer clear of this company at ALL COSTS! Terrible work and even worse how they treat the client.

I’m a sub contractor for Right Choice and also a client myself. Right Choice installed an outdoor fireplace for a great outdoor living space. Also installed new 6” gutters all the way around my home and installed Spray foam insulation in our attic. All work was done at a very fair price and done in a clean and professional manner.
