DO NOT USE JASPER! My experience with Jasper has been the worst of any contractor and business I have ever experienced. As you can see from the photos their workmanship is very poor and the customer service for resolving the issue is non-existent. I have not paid them the remaining amount until I get an answer on the damage on my new roof but instead of resolving the problem they are threatening to start the lien process on my home.

WARNING! JASPER ROOFING CONTRACTORS ARE CON ARTISTS! This company needs to be put out of business, fined, jailed and made to pay back all the money they have taken from people! There are complaints from all over the country on the internet about them. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. They knocked on my door after Hurricane Irma and offered to give me a free estimate to repair my roof. The salesman had me sign the "free estimate" on his tablet. A few days later I got a check in the mail from my insurance company made out to Jasper Contractors and me. Puzzled, I contacted my insurance company and they said Jasper Contractors sent them a contract signed by me to do the work! I was in shock! I had chosen a different company to do the work after getting my "free estimate" from Jasper. After many phone calls to Jasper, they said they won't cancel the "contract" unless I pay them $2500! I refused. Then I received phone calls from the rudest and most obnoxious woman named Renee that I have ever spoken to in my life. After being berated by her several times, she sent me an agreement she claims was prepared by a law office but it was obvious she had amateurishly composed it herself. She claims if I sign it promising not to write any negative reviews or file any complaints (or I will have to pay them $10,000), they will release me from the contract. However, the way she worded it, no date in it as to when they would actually release me and her refusal to put in a date, etc., I cannot safely sign it. So, as of this date, I am still being held hostage by them. We've been having heavy rainstorms almost daily and there is potentially more damage being done to my home. Now hurricane season is here and I have no way to get my roof repaired because of them.

After working with Maggie, I can understand why they are getting good reviews. She has worked tirelessly to try to get my roof claim processed and is currently working hard to fight the stubborn insurance company who is denying my claim. She's very punctual and super professional and just a great person to deal with.

Jasper contractors were great from start to finish. Bryson our account manager did an awesome job making sure all of our questions were answered, taking the time to explain everything, and walking us through the process to file our claim for a new roof. The crew installed our roof very nicely, it is beautiful. The installation and cleanup was quick and efficient, very professional. I am very pleased and amazed at how easy the whole process was. Before we contacted Jasper, a different roofing co. disappointed us and showed very little care for customers, but Bryson really changed our minds, and we decided to give Jasper a chance. We are completely satisfied and would recommend Jasper to everyone.

I live in Jacksonville, FL. w/ the weather so crazy here, hot then raining like crazy, Jasper came out & looked at my roof. Sales Rep went through some paper work with me, Just read all of it and if your ready to use them, then sign because if you cancel with them you have to pay $2500.00. I signed of course. We contacted my insurance company, they came out & spoke with them & both went through the damages to my roof. They were excellent in Customer Service and helping me out throughout the whole process and in anything I did not understand or help with my insurance company paperwork. The work was done all in One Day. They came in early took off old roof, put in new one and cleaned up any and all mess. There was no sign of them other than the nice new roof. Overall I am very happy with my new roof, the customer service, the work done and the new lighter color keeps my home cooler so my electricity bill is lower. -Madeline (Jacksonville, FL )

Raphael and his crew were amazing. Raphael is the most patient man alive taking me thru a difficult situation with my HOA. You will be surprised how soon he will call/text you back. You will absolutely love him. His crew will arrive on time and do the job on time. They left our property exactly the way they found it. They went over and above fixing a problem we were having. I don't usually write negative reviews but I had to make sure I warned other people about this company! During the inspection process before purchasing our first home, the inspector found that we needed a kick out flashing installed to prevent water pooling. The home owner called Jasper to add the part for us. The company said they did it and we purchased the home. After the first big storm not long after we bought the home, we noticed all the paint lifting down the wall. We called them to notify them that the part they installed didn't seem to be working and the customer service agent came up with all kinds of excuses why it wasn't their fault. Now, we're stuck with a damaged, wet wall. We will be calling a new contractor to come out and fix it. We will never do business with dishonest people who won't honor their warranties or mistakes and neither should you.

After much frustration with a local roofing company, we called Rafael with RoofClaim.com.He was at our house within 1 hour, checked our roof, gave us a quote and answered a million questions for us. Roof was completed in a timely manner and looked good when completed.Only down side was a few nails found on the ground but I expected to find a lot more, I did not.Satellite dish was to be removed at time of repairs and was not to be re-installed. Although it was re-installed on my roof I called to have it removed again and within an acceptable time frame the error was corrected.Overall I am very satisfied.

communication was great - our manager responded to calls and emails very quickly, everything was documented with pictures, the roof was done in one day and the details were paid attention to (caulking in the right places, old metal parts painted, flashing just right). from initial inspection to roof complete was two and a half weeks. easiest home project yet.

The Jasper team did everything they said they would do, promptly and efficiently. The roof looks better than I even imagined it would. The workers tore a hole in my porch screen, but I've been assured that they will send someone out to take care of it. So if they do that, I'll give them a five-star rating.

Everything was quick and easy. All the paperwork - including interacting with the insurance company and local building permits - was handled by Jasper. The team was very fast and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I saw little if anything to dislike, frankly.

I had one payment of $850 left and they took $1000 from auto deduct. I had called and emailed them for weeks and no response. So they stole $150 from me and are supposedly closed till the 7th of this month. They also threatened to send my acct to collection and then threatened to put a lien on my house. Even though we have a contract for monthly payments that were never late. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Greg Patterson was great. He got my insurance company to pay the claim even after they had turned me down. He stayed on top of the process. He let me vent my frustration (poor guy) with other people involved in the process. He maintained utmost professionalism, integrity and knowledge the entire time. There were follow up calls and texts, and thorough explanation of the entire process. As someone who has worked in Customer Service for many years, I can tell you, Greg is a Gem.All 3 roofs are beautiful.
