The quality is jam up and the fit & finish is phenomenal!During the building process, we were kept well informed of the status and what to expect next. When I say this company is awesome that's not a generic statement. On november 25th At 1030pm We had a very intoxicated and high individual drove their vehicle thru one of our bedrooms, which happens to be my 80 year old mother's room. When I spoke to my Insurance Company that evening they told me to pick a builder, without hesitation I picked the one that is voted camden's best. Joss, the owner, took charge of the insurance, explained to us in detail what was gonna happen and walked us through it the entire step of the way and did it very empathetically and showed us different ways to save money. Within a week he had us put back together. My house looks like nothing happened at all!! Every person he sent was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend this company. Joss built our house in 2018 and we have been very pleased with the house - we both love it! A couple of weeks ago I discovered a place on the roof where the shingles had not been placed correctly during the construction - which resulted in some wood damage to the roof. Once I contacted Joss about the issue, he sent one of his roofers over to my house and had the damaged wood replaced and the shingles placed correctly. Joss has always been responsive to any of our concerns and taken timely action to correct any issues we may have had with our house - and our issues have been minimal! Great experience purchasing our new construction home from Josselyn Homes. We didn't have much time to find a home before our relocation. We went under contract on our house in April when it was partially finished. Our home was finished in time to move in early June. We did all of this without first seeing the home or model homes in person. We relied on pictures from the internet, our realtors word, and the reviews from the internet on the builder.We were not disappointed.

We purchased our home from Joss in the summer of 2018. During the process, we added a few things prior to closing. Joss did everything he promised and immediately. After closing, he made himself available to us anytime we had a question by responding immediately either with a phone call or text! We were very impressed with his attention to detail, to our needs, and with his desire to make sure we were continually happy. This year {almost 2 years after closing}, we were having an issue with the carpeting in the house buckling. I contacted Joss to get the name of the carpet company in the hopes of getting them to come out and fix the carpets. To my amazement, Joss responded to my after hours email immediately with an email to the president of the carpet company requesting they contact me to make arrangements to fix this at no cost to me! Wow! They called me the next day, sent a crew, and everything was perfect! We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Joss and Josselyn Homes. Thank you!!!

We met "Joss" in the Spring of last year, 2018. We live in Fort Mill, SC (300 mi. away) so building a house in Kingsland, GA (and living that far away) could've been a nightmare but it was the easiest new construction we've ever been involved with. Joss' experience and professionalism, along with his attention to detail, made it very easy to build the perfect retirement home. He was very considerate of our budget as well. He always responded quickly to our calls or text messages. We had to sell our home before moving into the new one and it couldn't have worked out more perfectly. We closed in Fort Mill on Nov. 19th, and in our new home in Fiddlers Cove on Nov. 20th. The house is beautiful and we are enjoying it very much. We look forward to driving down twice a month until we retire on May 31st. If you're considering building, you will not be disappointed with Josselyn Homes. Thank you, Joss!

Don’t let this guy disrespect you. Thinks he can say whatever he wants to the customers. Disrespected me and my wife through the entire building process. We walked away from a house at closing because he’s about quantity of his homes not quality. Told us “he would to decide if he wanted to do business with us”. 10-4 buddy. I’ll take my $350k elsewhere.
