Detailed Roofing and Construction did a wonderful job of replacing our roof. When we discovered some wind damage, we investigated several roofing companies. Then we heard a recommendation of Detailed from a very satisfied customer, so we called them.The people from Detailed Roofing were very friendly and professional. They were a pleasure to talk to and do business with. They were very quick to respond to our questions and texts.The weather had been rainy for days, so when there was a temporary break in the rain, they put more workers on the job to finish quickly. The workers were efficient, and they worked very well together. They respected an 8:00 am starting time for our neighborhood, which we greatly appreciated. They were careful to clean up and check for any nails on the ground. They checked more than once.We are completely satisfied with the service and workmanship of Detailed Roofing and Construction, and we recommend them very highly.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof installation

Very professional, I never had to deal with the insurance, they handled everything for me. We upgraded to architectural shingles and worth it, was not much more.From the sales person staying in touch to the crew being on time, everything went smooth. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. Easiest roof replace I ever had to deal with.They send periodic emails to help remind me of things to look for on my new roof and just continues to make me feel we made the right decision with this company. Detailed Roofing and Construction has already completed replacing my roof and are still working hard to help with additional damage caused by a tree that hit my house. They keep me updated and have gone above and beyond my expectations in helping me argue with my insurance carrier about the damages. I cannot imagine how difficult it would be without their help. Gerry and Duane have both been helpful, responsive, and professional. They have showed up for every adjuster and engineer appointment, sometimes with little notice. Their crew was on time and completed the work quickly. They also left no mess. I HIGHLY recommend Detailed Roofing and Construction!

Gerry is the friendliest and most through specialist. He takes customer service to a new level. Gerry shows you photos of types of damage to help explain and lets you know if it is worth filing a claim with insurance or not. They do a great job on installation and even do the interior work after a leak so no need to get another provider. Plus they offer financing. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the replacement of my roof by Detailed Roofing and Construction. Everything went exactly as Duane said that it would from start to finish. The workers arrived early and finished up about 4:30. Duane was very courteous and professional, I would definitely recommend this business.

Contracted to replace our roof. All smiles and good until the roof leaked in the SAME place 2 years later.When phone calls were not returned, I had to physically go to their place of business in Lilburn to get a response. Company representative claimed he found a screw in the roof and actually accused me of putting it there. Now three years after that leak the roof leaks in the SAME place again. Company representative says he found ANOTHER screw and again claims we put it there. Have never been treated so poorly by an American business. Stay away.UPDATE: Have been contacted by the manager who promptly sent two different AND courteous employees to our home and patched the area of the roof that was leaking. This response is much appreciated. I just wish I had had spoken to Duane in the beginning.Service: Roof installation

Detailed Roofing was timely, even reminding me to take next steps in the process when I got distracted. They arrived at 6:30am as promised, and were finished with my ENTIRE roof by 7pm, including full clean up, sweeping for nails, etc. Very professional and quick, and helped with the insurance process tremendously!
