Mark and his team are second to none! Their craftsmanship and skills are outstanding, He reconstructed my entire back screened in porch to where it looks better than when the house was built. He also replaced all the rotted wood on my back deck, he did such a good job that I rehired him for other projects at my home. Contacted Mark about some work I needed done. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning for which he was prompt and on time. He looked at the job that need to be done and gave me a quote that was acceptable. I watched as he worked and could see that I would easily get great work for the money that I paid. Everything that he did for us from replacing a window, replacing boards and painting was done great. Already recommended him to a friend. If you have work you need done around the house Mark is your guy.

So fare Mark has instaled a kitchen light, 3 ceiling fans and removed the front door and put a new one on. I'm very pleased of his work ethnic. In a few weeks he will be replacing all my windows, i will give an update once he has completed the job. And i must say he is affordable. Mark replaced all my windows in my house. I'm very pleased. I absolutely love them. It gives my home a new make over. He is the best and the best pricing. I recommend him for any job and i know i will be using him again.

I am so happy with my deck. It looks brand new. I honestly did not think it could be done. But Affordable Home Improvements MP showed me otherwise. I have lived in my house for 15 years and the deck was poorly maintained (black mold, wood buckling and some rotting, etc.) Mark Price clearly has considerable expertise. He renovated my deck in less than 2 days and for an affordable price. Plus, he's professional, courteous, and responsive. I've done a lot of work on my house this year, and I cannot believe my good fortune in finding this company.

Mark is the man, I have used him several times throughout the years ! He can do anything, I have had him to paint my home interior and exterior, change light fixture, ceiling fans, faucet fixtures, pressure wash exterior, repaired my wooden fence, repaired my screened in porch, hung pictures and many more things. I just want to say THANK YOU Mark Price! For years I have been trying to get my back deck repaired affordably yet repaired correctly. Mark not only did an outstanding job, he also saved me money in materials that were able to be cleaned up and reused. With that savings I was able to add a couple nice features that Mark built himself! I am just thrilled with the job he did. He was punctual, courteous, and a very hard worker. He didn't just sit around or do a Half way job. I will highly recommend him for whatever job you need. If he says he can do it, he can. Mark replaced our damaged floor. It was a big job, including researching and purchasing matching wood, crawling under the house and shoring up the subfloor, and even repairing the wall. Mark returned my phone calls quickly, started work the next day, and finished in just a couple days. I contacted the company because my neighbor used them to replace and paint her wood trim on the front of her home.I'm very disappointed in the level of service that was given. They arrived late to provide the estimate and on both days to perform the work.The areas were not cleaned up appropriately afterwards leaving me to clean it myself. During the repair, paint was spilled on the roof, garage door and driveway. There are places on the front of my home that were going to be “wiped down” but were not and still have dark smudges on them.My driveway, garage door, front of my home and roof will all need to be cleaned thoroughly and likely repainted. There is still paint in my grass as well.The job took far longer than expected and I was really concerned by the late arrivals every day and leaving for hours in the middle of the job.I paid in full ($800 cash) prior to the service being complete because I trusted the work that had been done on my neighbors home. I now know I should not have done that.There seems to be a lack in care for the overall service provided and it's very unfortunate. I definitely feel duped.Service: General repairs

Great craftsmanship which is a rare thing this day in age. Did a wonderful job on my siding and soffit at an affordable price. Will be using this company again when I add a roof onto my deck. He has to have somebody driving to each job site more than likely ask for half the job up front he does good work but on his terms when he's not completely messed up on your job site.. I don't usually give bad ratings but when I see what I saw I'd find somebody else
