I have been very satisfied with Atlanta Roofing Specialists. First, their representative talked us through the process and helped us choose the color and quality of the new shingles. Unlike a few other people who stopped by to offer to repair our roof, this representative was helpful and trustworthy, and this is an established business with a history. This is very important because some of the other people who offered to repair our roof were not trustworthy. You have to be very careful because you may end up paying a lot of money to someone who does not finish their work and leaves you with debt and a bad roof. The company just finished replacing our roof, and they cleaned up afterwards, sweeping and using a magnet to collect stray nails. We are very pleased with this company.

We had some wind damage to our roof and our insurance company said we could replace it. We called three companies for quotes and American Roofing Specialists sent a presentative right away. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. They were able to schedule our roof replacement within two weeks of receiving our quote as well. The installation crew was professional, fast, and clean. They even were kind enough to reattach a gutter downspout that fell off months before without us asking. I experienced hail damage to my home in March, 2023, and obtained quotes from three different roofing companies. After carefully reviewing the various quotes and presentations from each, I chose Atlanta Roofing Specialists. I felt that David made the best presentation and was very honest and transparent with the damage my roof sustained from the recent storms. I also researched each company with consideration of reviews, BBB accreditation, length of company existence, "Trust Dale" (consumer investigator), etc.A few years ago, I actually had some minor roof repair performed and fate would have it that I actually chose Atlanta Roofing Specialists back then for the job. The crew worked diligently and professionally, and cleaned up after the installation very well. The office staff was always very professional, friendly and courteous, every time I spoke to them. They helped served as a liaison, between me and the insurance company with my insurance claim.This is a very honest company, with high standards, who will get the job done, with no run-arounds or games. Like you, I was looking at reviews of Atlanta Roofing Specialists, Inc. (ARS) one month ago. A month later, I would highly recommend you look into their services. Our 20-year-old roof was in bad need of replacing. A nearby neighbor chose ARS and the roof looked, according to my wife, "a step-above" the others. I contacted ARS's very courteous office staff and they scheduled Mr. Rictor Vipond for a visit to our home. Mr. Vipond was very professional and really explained our particular situation in detail. After seeing our neighbor's home, reading the dozens of recent 5-star reviews, and reviewing five other estimates, we decided to move the project ahead with ARS. The installation team management was very clear on each step of the process. As the roof replacement progressed, I was very confident this was going to be a great outcome. I was not disappointed. The yard was left immaculate, without a trace of any debris. We were so pleased that we decided to do an entire gutter replacement as well with ARS. If you consider the warranties and professionalism offered, not to mention the high-quality installation, you would do well to have them high on your list of potential roofers. Honestly, I would not have put a picture of our house on the internet a month ago. I now have a 10-year warrantied, 30-years in business, high quality roofing contractor partner to call if something happens to my roof in the future that I can trust. I'm very pleased with the work performed by Atlanta Roofing Specialists. All of their employees were wonderful and represented the company with quality care. I had several other jobs completed from the initial call for a small roof repair in 2 locations. After having horrific experiences from other contractors, I'm more than pleased with the crew that I have dealt with.Front office personnel Haley and Jaime were always courteous, and helpful. Always answering my questions or directing me to theright person who can.Rictor came to my house on time to inspect the leak in my roof and thoroughly inspected the 2 areas of concern. He explained the reason one area was leaking and informed me how it would be repaired. I accepted the quote. As he was preparing to leave, I asked him to look at my screenroom because it was not built correctly by another contractor and was in dire need of repair. He assessed the area and made a call to Dan(Head of Construction).Dan came to my house to inspect the screenroom. He listened to all my concerns over the build and what I wanted in the rebuild. I wanted to salvage as much as possible but not at the risk of the integrity of the rebuild. Dan was understanding and was seemingly heartbroken that a contractor left me with a construct as such. He accepted the job of constructing my new screenroom. I was then introduced to the carpenters Glenn and Sam.Glen and Sam came to my house to dismantle and rebuild my screenroom. They were wonderful , respectful of my property and aware of my pets when entering or exiting the backyard. Their work ethics are top notch. They were patient with me when I asked questions, which they answered or get back with me. The work they performed exceeded my expectations.Roof repairs were completed by Juan, Juan and Juan(yes, 3 Juans. Only 2 working at a time.) Juan informed me of their arrival time by phone and arrived ready to tackle the job. They worked quickly on repairing the roof in the 2 areas on the initial job. They also completed the roof for my screenroom rebuild. Just watching the roof form into shape was so exhilarating and provided me a peace of mind. Juan & Juan would later come back for another leak which they promptly repaired. Each time they visited, they were courteous, respectful of my property and pets.Gutters were installed by Stevan and he did a wonderful job.Overall, I am very pleased. So pleased, that this is my second review. The review I thought I posted a month ago didn't post. So I am writing all of this again because Atlanta Roofing Specialists deserves all of this. So, I shall copy this and save... just in case, lol.After dealing with some bad contractor's over and over again, it was so refreshing to have Atlanta Roofing Specialists come in and do the work at such a high quality and at a decent price. I'm very happy.

Roofing shingles and rotted sheathing were replaced in a day by a highly efficient crew. The work was was high quality. I was very impressed that one of the owners inspected the exiting roof, created the work order, and performed the final inspection. If I could leave 100 stars, I would. This is the only roofing company I trust. I have worked with Rictor, and the team at Atlanta Roofing Specialists for about 2 years. I bought an old home in East Atlanta, so I have a lot of problems, but anything roof related I know this company would give it to me straight. They are honest in what the repair and work require and they don’t try to or convince me to spend more than I need to. The quality of their work is impeccable, and after it’s done I never have another problem with it. I would highly recommend Rictor and the team at Atlanta Roofing Specialists to anyone!

Quality job! From David Bishop and on down the line, top notch personel. They provided a pleasant service experience that went totally smooth. I only found three nails around the house after diligently searching for them, one in the grass and two in the flower bed. No big deal! Estimate for a total roof replacement right in-line with other quotes. My new three tab roof looks fantabulous. Do yourself a favor if you need a roof replaced or repaired and don't want the hassles involved with other roofing companies, let ARS handle the job! Thank you ARS!

From my first meeting with Kevin who answered all of my questions to Haley who was kind enough to have materials/dumpster arrive day of the replacement due to small driveway, Ian the supervisor was great and came several times during installation- then the next day to check all ac/heating units were working properly. Getting a new roof is a trying time for me. In September, After completing damaged roof repair and replacement with Atlanta Roof Specialist , David, ARS representitive answered and explained in detail of all the repair work. The great communication with their Customer, the quality of the work , the follow up service after the job done and the documented job completion report ; above all make me feel very comfortbal to having a whole new roof with ARS in this November and they didn’t fall short of my expectations. I would like to recognize the crew they did a fabulus job for roof instalation. Ian is the superviser, Julio is the on-site forman. I would recommend Atlanta Roof Specialist to all of my neighbors for their roof needs. ARS are a quality company !

Look no further! ARS recently replaced my flat roof with TPO. Professional, thorough, very skilled and obviously very experienced, with excellent communication, and terrific staffing. I recommend without reservation.The backstory: A tree fell on my house 2.5 years ago and since then I have had 3 flat roof replacements, the first two of which (by other contractors) were very expensive, frustrating and time-consuming disasters---leaks, leaks, leaks, and the roof looked horrible.A roof engineering firm inspected my roof and told me I needed to rip the whole thing off and start over--a moisture test revealed moisture under the roof that was only 3 months old. Inappropriate materials had been used, and materials were installed incorrectly.Only ARS was able to get to the bottom of the problems and "start over"--not only replacing the roof but fixing everything that had been covered up by the other contractors--at a good price and with terrific results. AND they were very responsive from the first call to the final inspection. Just terrific! My nightmare is over! I'm so grateful!

Atlanta Roofing Specialists did an exemplary job for us with a full roof replacement, including several skylights & a new chimney cap. We were very pleased with the company's service from the initial meeting with Mark Rutherford, who came to our property when I contacted them about some roof leak issues, to the actual roof installation. They were all very friendly, professional, courteous & knowledgeable.They even assisted in the process of trying to help get the insurance company involved due to storm damage. And, worked with us without any pressure on the decision to fully replace the roof vs. doing repairs, despite the fact that our insurance provider said the roof was too old for them to cover the replacement costs.I have to commend every employee I came into contact with during the process, including Sunny, Ian, Tereso & crew. As well as Jamie, Brad & Haley in the office. And, of course, Mark himself, who was in contact with me the entire time. And, who came back after the installation for a thorough inspection & follow up.It was a big project, as we have a large sprawling ranch. And, it took the crew a few days to complete the installation. But, they worked long, hard days & got it done beautifully! We are thrilled with the results & I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

After getting several quotes and meeting several other roofing company Reps, we unanimously decided on Atlanta Roofing Specialists. David was both professional and personable, but most importantly, he had more roofing knowledge than any other rep we had met. He answered every question and told us several things no one else had. Their price was comparable, but they also worked with us to make it manageable for us. The crew worked so hard, and did a great job. They finished in one long day and clean up was great. We’ve had torrential rains since then, and so far so good! We weren’t worried because the great warranties from both Atlanta Roofing Specialists and GAF (roofing tiles) protects us fully! So all in all, it’s been a great experience and we would highly recommend this company, their values and expertise to other potential customers. You won’t be sorry.

One day, about 15 years ago, I had architectural shingles installed on my home by Atlanta Roofing Specialists (ARS). They did expert work from beginning to end, including a cleanup that masked that they were ever here. Soon thereafter, Mr. Rictor Vipond came to inspect the installation. I mentioned that a piece of wood had to be trimmed to allow for proper flashing installation. The wood had splintered along the trimmed edge and needed painting. Mr. Vipond went up on the roof with paint and brush in hand and painted it! I was amazed that he would even think of doing that for me. That is service above and beyond what one would expect.Fast-forward 15 years. I received a piece of U.S. Mail from Atlanta Roofing Specialists. It stated that, according to their records, my roof was 15 years old and offered a free inspection of my roof. I thought, great! So, I called and got on the schedule to have my roof inspected. Haley, at the office, said that Rictor will be coming out on 12/15/23 at 11am. I thought, 'Wow! Rictor is still there! Cool!". As it turns out, my mom had recently passed away and her house will need to be sold. She had her roof installed about 12 years ago by a totally different roofer. So, I called back and asked Haley if I might be able to schedule an inspection for mom's non-ARS-installed roof. She said that she would ask Rictor and said that she would give me a call back. Within minutes, she called back and said that Rictor would be glad to stop by my mom's house before coming to mine. I thought to myself, "Is this service real?". Rictor arrived at my house on-time. He told me me that mom's roof had about another 10 years before needing attention. After inspecting my house, he said that I have another 10 years left on my roof which ARS installed. I mentioned to Rictor that my two roof turbines were squeaking. He said "Do you have some WD40?". I said "Yes" and he said "Toss it up to me". He proceeded to lubricate the bearings on both roof turbines!! Again, that is service above and beyond what one would expect.Closing observations:1) Offered to pay for inspection of my mom's roof which was NOT installed by ARS. Rictor said "No, this is what we do."2) Could not believe that Rictor lubricated my turbines.3) Generally, taken aback by the service provided to me over the years by ARS.I have no skin in the game other than to have been lucky enough to have chosen ARS to install my roof 15 years ago and to have been exposed to their outstanding work ethic and genuine care for their customer's satisfaction. I will conclude by saying that I cannot stress enough how much I would recommend that you seriously consider engaging the ARS team if you are in need of a roof replacement. These guys are AMAZING.
