Very reasonable and professional. The owner Chris came out and with the help of a thermal camera and moisture meter, pinpointed exactly where the three leaks were coming from. His employee Ricardo kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and made sure to show me before and after pictures. Overall the service was top notch. I highly recommend Avalon Restoration if you’re in need of a roof repair. When I end up having my roof replaced, Avalon Restoration is who I’ll be using.

Chris is very professional and has worked on my roof for years. He communicates very well and keeps you updated on everything in regards to the job. We had a pipe burst on Christmas Day. What a spectacular mess this process has been.Chris was responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went the extra MILES to help us with our Insurance company who did their very best to NOT PAY for repairs.Who does this???Avalon did, and we can’t thank them enough for coming to our aid during a holiday. They do a lot more than “roofing”.By the way… Allstate does NOT have your best interest in mind!

Avalon installed my roof 9 years ago after some hail and wind damage and worked well with my insurance company in order to get it done. It was done in one day with a professional crew. It is still in great shape, but I had some damage from a raccoon trying to get in my attic. Chris came out the same day I contacted him and inspected the damage with his drone camera. He had his crew out here early the next morning and it was fixed quickly and inexpensively. We cannot recommend this Chris & this company more. We met Chris almost two years ago when he was in the area doing roof inspections. He was know kind and knowledgeable that we kept his contact information and when we had roof damage earlier this year he was who we called. Chris helped us navigate our claim with insurance and was able to successfully get us a new roof through insurance due to the hail damage ours had received. He was always quick to come onsite, answer our calls, etc and his crew did incredible work in two days. From start to finish, Chris and Avalon were on top of everything. It was extremely refreshing to work with such a professional group of people. Dealing with the insurance company and sorting through pricing and options can be very difficult and confusing, but Chris and his team made the process super easy and hassle-free. My favorite thing was Chris’s professionalism and punctuality. If I had any questions or concerns at all, Chris would IMMEDIATELY respond via text or phone. You don’t get that kind of person to person experience much these days. He even handles all of the insurance claim work/details and works directly with the agents so the homeowner barely has to do anything on his or her end at all. He uses the most up to date technology and equipment to survey your roof and, most importantly, the quality of the finished product is top notch. All in all, I’d say you could best describe Avalon as a company that has all of the bells, whistles and tools of a big national company, but the friendly, sincere and excellent interpersonal skills of a smaller one. I used Avalon Restoration for a roof repair. I was really flustered on finding a reliable and professional roof company in the metro Atlanta area. I reached out to my neighbors and they raved on Avalon's services. I reached out to the owner (Chris) and the next day he sent a guy to inspect the roof (complimentary). From there, everything was a breeze. They were professional, patient and thorough. They contacted my insurance company, answered all my questions and made sure I would get an approval with my insurance company. The day of service, Chris and his team were outside bright and early. Wow!! 5 stars start to finish! Chris is an amazing guy with integrity. He and Jody made the replacement of my roof a pleasant experience. I had to pay out of pocket for my new roof on our newly purchased house and even though it’s never pleasant to pay thousands of dollars for ANY repair, I couldn’t be happier! 30 year manufacturing warranty and a 2 year labor warranty from Avalon! Great communication from day one. Chris was on top of his game. I HIGHLY recommend him AND his crew. The clean up was amazing. I had nothing to do but pay the bill.
