Isaac Rincon was great to work with. Having a qualified roofer involved from start to finish is critical to dealing with insurance properly and Isaac made it very clear and easy the process from start to finish. Despite several hurdles with insurance, he helped interface and get them what they needed for each step. He communicated the whole time, checked in and followed up. Equally as important, Big House did a fantastic job on our roof and completed the work in under the estimated time. Definitely recommend this company based on my experience.

My house had a tree fall on my roof and cause extensive damages. I reached out to Big House construction and Matt came right out to help with all my needs. He got a tree company with a crane come out within hours to remove tree and then Matt’s guys tarped it up before rainfall the next day. He then referred me to a public adjuster to help me with my insurance claim. What a relief it was for me having Big House and the adjuster work together to get things done and completed. Our insurance claim also took awhile to settle and Matt was very patient and supportive throughout the whole process. He is very professional, organized and always answered all my questions on the construction process. Big House did everything from reframing and shingling roof, new hvac install/ cleaning ducts , removing old insulation and adding new insulation, painting, fixing damaged areas of exterior house, garage door install, chimney repair etc. Everyone on Big House team did an amazing job and that says a lot from me as I’m super critical. Communication was always immediate and quality of work far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using them again for all future projects.

From beginning to end, my experience with Big House Construction was everything I could have wished for. I knew I had damage but I didn't realize to what extent. Randall was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He was friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend him, and the company to anyone who could use their service. From the initial inspection, and being made aware of all the issues, to the claim process and their inspection and the roof being done, everything was quick and easy. Overall very satisfied!

Josh Argo impressed us right off the bat because it was obvious that he was not trying to sell us something, but rather help us, because he let us know that after we were hit by a severe hailstorm we didn't actually need a new roof. But then dug into our insurance to see if even so, he might be able to leverage our insurance to get us a new roof as ours was a bit old… but again when he saw that insurance would only do so at great cost to us, he didn't press getting it! Dealing with someone like Josh really gave us a lot of peace of mind, and so we couldn't recommend him more highly!

Randall and his team were so amazing and knew how to deal with the insurance company so well. I talked to many other roofing companies and when it came to insurance they had no idea what I was talking about. Randall no questions asked took care of all of it for me. Robby and Jessica came door to door with a clear no soliciting no trespassing sign at the front of the neighborhood, then rang my door bell with a clear no soliciting sign in front of my door. I decided to be nice and ask them to arrange for me to get a quote for some masonry work. Jessica had her exterior rep come out to look at the job. He told me he’d get back to me the following week to give me the quote. I never heard back from any of them. Moral of the story, don’t trust the door to door people.

We had such a fantastic experience with Big House an especially Robbie Bell! He was always checking on my opinion and comments , like how to protect my HAMM radio equipment and the insuring all the roof debris etc. was picked up, making sure materials were staged correctly and we had a real dry day to complete the entire project. They started before sunrise and had a large crew immediately remove the old roof and layout and finish the new(see below). I can’t say enough good words for everyone but I love their way of doing business . PS These pictures ensured my Insurance company was happy and quick with progress payments. These people really know all the correct ways to get the most from your insurance provider.

I was in bad need of a new roof and just hadn't gotten around to it. Big House Construction was in my area, one of the guys (turned out to be a manager with BHC) Randall came to my door. Randall told me the process would be seamless and that I wouldn't have to do much (exactly what I needed). He was correct the process was easy. The guys came and got the job done in a day. I haven't had any issues and my new roof has enhanced the looks of my house tremendously. He was super busy but able to squeeze us in and thankfully it was an easy fix. We will definitely be using them when its time to replace our roof. Really thankful for Matt and his crew. They got my new roof up quickly and it looks amazing. They fixed the ceiling in my laundry where I had water damage and replaced my gutters. Could not have had a better roofing experience! I'm a first time homeowner and they were very patient to go over the entire process with me in our first meeting. They took the time to fully answer my questions and completely set my mind at ease with each decision. They even brought me all the different shingle types and colors so I could see, feel and choose the one I liked best. This was so much better than picking a color online and just praying it looks the same in person! Undoubtedly the best part was not having to deal with my insurance company. I didn't have to pick up the phone once - all documents, payments, supplements/adjustments were totally handled so I just got to sit back and watch as my new roof got built, which only took half a day by the way!
