Richard and his crew have been wonderful!! They just installed a new roof on my mother-in-law’s house. They are a very professional team. They came when they said they would, picked up afterwards, and did a great job! Also, I can attest to the excellent quality they do, as Richard and his crew installed the roof on my primary residence in October 2016 (which was 8 years ago now), and my roof has been great! Also, in 2016 his crew installed a new roof on my parent’s house as well, and did another great job. Whenever anyone needs a roof (or gutter) work done, I will definitely be recommending Richard and his crew!

I have been a loyal customer of Classic Roofing since early 2007 and I will never use anyone else. Here's why: we had put an offer on a house that we absolutely loved, only to find out during inspection that what we thought was a pretty cool cedar roof was crumbling to dust and needed to be completely replaced with asphalt shingles. We didn't want to lose the house over it but knew it would be huge project. And it was - it needed to be taken down to the studs. We got multiple bids, and some companies even said the project was too difficult to undertake. Not Classic Roofing -- I was incredibly impressed by the value and professionalism Richard Hicks and his company offered. They did an incredible job -- it is now 2022 and the roof still looks pretty much brand new. Our house sits low down a hill so the roof is quite visible from the street -- it's important that it looks good. Over the years they've helped us with myriad projects to seal up our chimney, install a new cap, fix some damage and rotting fascia, etc., and every time they've come out right away and done incredible work for a fair price. Jorge does a lot of the work, he has worked with Richard for years and he's a great guy. I always enjoy seeing him. We were in need of a roof after discovering some leaks and no one is ever excited about prospect of hiring and selecting a contractor. Until I met this team at Classic Roofing and Gutters. Not only were they fast to reply (same day) the crew manager came out that evening after a long day of roofing and was the only company who actually tried to help us with a repair until roof could be totally redone. The quoting process super simple, price transparency crystal clear and a willingness to answer those questions you keep thinking of after you hang up from a call. Top notch service at a price that was realistic and super competitive to 5 other companies! We even had a new set of gutters they took down and remounted so we wouldn’t have to incur unnecessary costs!! No one provides that kind of service and partnership anymore except Classic roofing. And when I asked for help post project on a small detail they came out and addressed it no questions asked. No other company will get my business for the services they provide. Classic Roofing and Gutters were able to find and fix a persistent leak on my porch roof which the installer of the roof had been unable, and then unwilling, to find and fix. Jorge came out and instead of quoting me for a new roof, as the other companies I had contacted had done, actually went up there and found several holes in the shingles where nails had popped through. I think he said one of them was a loose nail between two shingles and the side of the nail head had sliced through the top shingle. I don’t know how he saw it, but I was very impressed! They are an honest company and do excellent work. I highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them the next time I need a new roof.Service: Roof repair

I’ve worked with this outstanding company over 25 years. Not only has he done my roof but my parents home and then alerted us when the shingle company was doing a recall on the shingles and we were able to get a new roof. If Richard had not reached out to us to make us aware of the issue we could have gone for a number of years unaware and have had great damaged done to our roof and home. The cost and damage could have been enormous. When we have sudden severe storms pop up and we have some slight damage or shingles to repair they come out right away and go beyond the standard care. They take countless pictures to show you exactly what the problem is and how to resolve it. Just about a month or so back we discover we had some chimney damage. The company came out and took pictures and showed us the problem and repaired everything beautifully and painted and THEN ACTUALLY SWEPT CLEAN A SEAM FULL OF LEAVES. I was beyond thrilled because from our driveway I could see the roof and saw where two seams met and quite a few leaves had gathered. My only complaint is that they don’t do electrical, plumbing, etc. Lol! I’d adore to have all my home service needs taken care of by them. They are second to none.
