Wow, great work! My wife and I had storm damage and Findlay Roofing helped us through the whole process of filing a claim. Tim came out and performed our initial inspection and was a big help on how to work with our insurance company.Today we had our roof replaced. Armando and his crew did a fantastic job! They arrived early, worked hard, and finished way earlier than we expected. They also cleaned up extremely well! My wife and I went looking around our house after expecting to find nails and what not but didn't see anything!Highly recommend Findlay Roofing!!

Hands down the best roofing company. I know it sounds strange but you can tell just by looking at my roof that it’s better than anyone who just had a roof put on. You can tell they are pros and take pride in their work. I am glad I spent a little more money because I have zero concerns with my roof. This is the second time I’ve put a roof on this house. The first company made a huge mess. I cleaned up shingle pieces and nails in my shrubs for a year. When Findlay was done it was as if they were never there. Amazing.

They informed us all along the way and they delivered on everything they said. The dumpster arrived the day before and the new roof was installed the very next day. I was told that the crew would arrive between 7-8:30 am. Promptly at 7 they arrived and got straight to work while I spoke with the foreman. The old roof was off in no time and they finished the job, throughly cleaned up and were gone by 2pm. Our new roof is beautiful and their attention to detail was second to none. I reached out to Findlay roofing when I noticed water stains after a heavy rainstorm. My appointment was set up with Marcos. He was running late, so he reached out to me to let me know. We set a new time and he comped me for my flexibility. He came out to the appointment, communicating the entire time. After diagnosing my concerns with the roof…. Unfortunately, I've had to learn a lot about roofing over the last few years. I've interviewed many companies and have hired 3 of them... Findlay is by far the best performing company!From the beginning, the sales person (Byron) was experienced and knowledgeable about several aspects of roofing, such as insurance claims, roof structures/materials and repair work.The next stage was the project leader, Scott, coming out to determine materials and measurements. I was glad to speak with Scott and found him very knowledgeable about the correct materials for a standing seam metal roof and the structure of the repairs. I had spent time on my own learning how metal roofs are constructed and Scott's answers were appropriately detailed and correct, which assured me Findlay was going to be the right company for the job.The final visit was the actual repair work, Scott returned with two workers and we again had detailed discussions on the repairs and root cause of the issues. Scott was honest and took the time to explain his observations. I found his answers to be rooted in logic with a knowledge of mechanical roofing structures. The workers were on time and cleaned up the site before leaving.Having a background in engineering myself, I appreciate someone that is willing to address my questions in a meaningful way. It seems other companies want their customers to just pay them and "trust us, we know what we are doing" type of attitude. That is a red flag for me, and I did not get this from anyone at Findlay. Good communication was one of the reasons I eventually chose Findlay.As for price, they were within the range of other companies I interviewed. In the end they came in slightly under budget. I found their quotes very detailed and accurate. This was another stand out for Findlay. I knew exactly what I was getting and what it would cost, some companies sent out vague quotes... one company wasn't even willing to put a quote in writing! (a red flag that sent them to the trash bin).After all of the work was done, I water tested the repair. I haven't had heavy rain since the repair, so I took a water hose onto the roof and aimed it directly at the repair work. I then monitored inside the attic and inside the living space where the previous leak occurred. After a long soak, there were no visible leaks. From looking at the structure of the repair, I don't believe a leak is likely to form in the future.In summary, I am very happy with the work Findlay has done. I feel good about the price that was paid and the quality of the work. The systems that Findlay has in place were very professional and communicated clearly what I could expect from the repair work. I would certainly use them again and refer them to others. Findlay is a great example of the quality and professionalism I expect. I only wish I could find a company like this for other types of repairs!Service: Roof repair

Findlay Roofing is by far the most professional roofing company who executed their schedule on time, and their finished product is outstanding in roofing a home. Our home had soffit, gutter and roof damage and was in desperate need of repair. All of their teams were professional and took extreme care of our property, shrubbery and decks as they worked. Cleaned and removed all debris, leaving our property pristine. Our neighbors have complimented their work and how beautiful our new roof, soffit and gutters look too. Findlay Roofing did an excellent roof install. They repaired the damaged plywood and the chimney damage. I was impressed by the way the work was done in one day due to the many persons working together on the roof. The cleanup was beyond my expectations. When the Findlay truck drove away, there was no evidence of mess resulting from the roof install. They even had a huge magnet that picked up any nails that were present.

If you need your roof replaced I recommend Findlay Roofing. My roofing Consultant Heath Kuriger was excellent to work with. He coordinated with us on the Insurance Claim and walked us through all the details that are involved with a claim. He was always quick to respond to my roofing and Insurance concerns. The cost of the roof replacement was quoted to me and I had no surprises. The roofing crew showed up on time and they even dropped off the Huge Dumpster where all the old shingles/nails were deposited. The crew worked non stop and cleaned up when they were finished. The Crew Chief kept me informed of the progress (Elizabeth) being made and I can't believe they stripped and finished my roof all in 1 day. All work was done to my satisfaction and the new roof looks great!

We hired Findlay to replace all facia, soffits and our roof. They were very communicative about the whole process and someone was always available if I wanted to talk to them. They told me what they were going to do and when and then did it. Amazing concept right??? We did have a post install to report and the addressed immediately. I did not have to pay a nail I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

I’m completely satisfied with our new roof installation! The price was also extremely fair, the warranty is awesome, & scheduling was super simple! Without question, I would definitely recommend Findlay Roofing to my friends & family. Our new roof looks GREAT!!However, I deducted one star because the installation crew did not adequately protect our brand new Hardy siding, the multiple new decks & front porch, or our brand new concrete patio. To be fair, the cumulative damage was somewhat minimal, & I’ve cleaned up the majority of their damages. Nonetheless, considering it came from their tools & old shingles falling off the roof, if the crew had slowed down & protected those new surfaces better, all of the damage could have been prevented.

We recently had our roof replaced by Findlay Roof. We had interviewed two other roofing companies and we were certain that we had damage on our roof and we also had a leak from our garage. Neither of the two roofing companies were able to identify any hail damage or otherwise, which we absolutely knew we had. However, Findlay came out and they took a drone up and were able to locate hail damage as well as our gutter damage and identify the source of our leak. With that, Findlay saved us a great deal of money as we were able to run our new roof through our insurance company.The total scope included our roof replacement, all new gutters downspouts and rebuilding our cupula on top of our garage, which was the source of our leak. It also entailed fixing the interior garage ceiling, which was affected by the leak from the Cupla.We worked with Jason . He was very attentive and responsive. All the Customer Service personnel from estimating, scheduling as well as the crew were all very professional, and the finish work was impressive. They completed everything when they said they would and completed it all on time as promised.There as one small hiccup with the finish of the Coupla, but it was completed properly.II would highly recommended Findlay to anyone looking to replace their roof and or gutters.

We had a roof completed with Findlay over 10 years ago. It needed some boots resealed several of years ago and they promptly completed that under warranty. So this year we had them do our seamless gutters with their leaf guard. We wanted to use them again because the guard installs under the 1st shingle layer. The price was spot on and they completed the work on time and cleaned up. We loved working with them.
