So although I have never used these guys because I live in a different service area, I will say this. I have called them up and asked advice for recommendations on other companies. Darrell Sweat has always been very professional and has advised me. This company is not only a good choice but their professionalism and dedication to everyone, even outside their work area is completely unmatched. I would recommend asking for Darrell Sweat every time in your needs and gaining that knowledge. Very kind company and the people are always knowledgeable.

GA Roof Advisors did a good job on my roof repair in 2021, so I decided to use them again when I needed a new roof installation. I am very happy with my decision and my beautiful new roof! GA Roof Advisors is one of the best companies I've ever worked with and exceeded my expectations. They determined that my existing attic ventilation didn't work properly and fixed that problem with the new installation. Joshua and Darrell were fantastic to work with! They were friendly, responsive, prompt, helpful, informative, professional- they could not have been better! GA Roof Advisors was great with communicating both with me and my insurance company so the process went smoothly, and they were easy to work with. I also required a downspout replacement and gutter maintenance as part of the insurance quote and their contracting company was also easy to work with and appears to have done a good job. I was impressed with Darrell's attention to detail and great communication. He made sure that plants around my house were protected from damage, monitored the roof installation, communicated with my neighbor, and inspected the final cleanup in both my and my neighbor's adjacent yard, which was very good.The owner of this company really cares, and this is reflected in their employees and actions and integrity. They use GAF shingles and contractors, which is one of the best, and I had a large selection of 30 year architectural shingles to choose from of various nice colors. The new roof installation had new improved shingles and waterproof sheeting in the valleys and other features that were superior to what I had before. I chose the 10 year warranty, which is no extra cost. I highly recommend GA Roof Advisors without reservation and would recommend them to my family and friends! We had two roof leaks after high winds and heavy rain. I was panicked and didn't know who to call but fortunately for us the second roofing company I called was Ga Roof Advisors. RJ answered the phone he was so fantastic and helpful. He had Shawn out to check the roof within an hour! Shawn was just as nice and very thorough he took pictures of everything checked the entire roof. They repaired the roof and the charge was very reasonable and straight forward. I will only use Ga. Roof Advisors they're awesome and trustworthy. If you have roofing issues call them you will be glad you did.Thanks again Shawn and RJ !

Contacted Georgia Roof Advisors via Google Local Services Ads for a roof repair leak around a plumbing boot. An appointment was made for an estimate with Victor McQueen, after inquiring of the lack of response to my request for an estimate (was my job too small to warrant a reply?).Two hours before the time, I was home waiting but no one came. Then, I received a voice message from Hunt Group (aka Georgia Roof Advisors). RJ said the Victor McQueen had looked at my repair from the street and provided an estimate.He never met with me to know where the leak is. Incredulous, I asked if he actually looked at my leak from the street. Yes. I said the leak is in the back of the house and can't be seen from the street and there are multiple plumbing pipes, so which one did Victor estimate? RJ sent a photo that he claims Victor took of the leak. Wrong pipe, so how did he come up with an estimate? Since letting RJ know of the error, I've received emails saying that his team is "committed to delivering exceptional results and ensuring your complete satisfaction." It's not exceptional service, so I'm sure I wouldn't be satisfied.

After reviewing several companies I decided to use Georgia Roof Advisors when my house needed a new roof. Their representative Shawn took the time to guide me through the process and provided his years of knowledge to answer all of my questions, specifically to a roof leak that I had multiple companies come and unsuccessfully attempt to repair. On the day of installation, Shawn, Chase, and the owner James were here with the crew making sure every detail was attended to and went smoothly. The crew worked hard and installed my entire large roof within ten hours. They cleaned up all of the old debris and left the site as clean as they began. I could not be more satisfied of the work and experience of this installation. I would highly recommend Georgia Roof Advisors for anyone who is searching for a company to either repair or install a new roof.

Storms took out a huge tree which crushed part of the roof and the custom chimney cap they installed on the prior job. When it was time to replace my roof, I called four different roofing companies to get quotes. But just as important, I pay attention to what each salesman says and does. I have to know if this is a company I want to do business with. Of the four companies, I choose Georgia Roof Advisors. I felt they would do a good job and stand behind their work. I was not disappointed. After some discussion on what would be done, I agreed, and the roofing crew showed up a week later. The job was completed in one day, and the clean up afterwards was great. I did have an issue with one of the installed vent turbine's not working properly, but the company promised to install a new one, which they did. I can't say enough good things about Georgia Roof Advisors. A customer driven company, they have always responded to my calls and questions. Of special note, I want to thank Darrell Sweat, Senior Project Manager, and RJ De La Fuente, who helped me through the whole process.Service: Roof repair
