Impact Siding & Roofing was such a pleasant company to work on our home! I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and professional David land his crew were! From beginning to end they were very helpful. First off, I hate that we had to meet under the sad circumstances of a house fire that created fire damages to our new home! I was a very picky customer! lol . I wanted to find a contractor that would get our new home back to the way that it was prior to this horrible incident that happened few days before Christmas! Well David was the very first contractor that reached out to me and let me tell you that he was right on time!! He immediately came out and did an estimate of the exterior damages. I did get 3 other estimates but his was the cheapest and because we were cash paying customers I chose him! I couldn’t believe how quick his crew got our job done! My husband couldn’t believe the end results!!! It was absolutely perfect!! I am so glad to have chosen this company and we will be using them for any other remodeling jobs for our home in the future!

Impact siding and roofing totally transformed my house! We got new windows, shutters, and siding. David is extremely kind and professional, and really makes sure you are happy with the work. Pricing was really reasonable compared to some other quotes received, and they were able to start and finish the work pretty quickly. I contacted Impact Siding to come out to give me estimates on doing some repairs work on my house,however they gave me a schedule time which they did not honor, and when I called to reschedule they didn’t show up again or didn’t the courtesy to call me and explain why.I would not recommend this company to anyone! If they can’t honor a schedule appointment,I’m sure that their work probably wouldn’t be up to standards!Avoid this company!

Our experience with David Lopez and Impact Siding:Roofing was excellent. When I contacted David for an estimate he was out the same day. I received a detailed estimate within three days with all materials and labor as well as pictures of the current state and what materials would look like on completion. No money was required until the day the crew showed up to begin work. He told me it would take approximately 10 working days for his crew to begin and they were on site on the day promised. They completed work sooner than promised for siding and then had a few days of idle time for the paint crew. We had a small electrical problem and David came over on a Saturday to trouble shoot and resolve. Work was done professionally and on time. Great experience with David and Impact Siding. The top piece of vinyl siding flew off of my chimney during a recent storm, so I ended up hiring a handyman to make that repair and several others. It wasn’t all bad, but he definitely made mistakes and left a gap at the top of my chimney. Not very professional work. A neighbor mentioned Impact Siding and Roofing but I wasn’t sure that they would even take on my project. Kristy reached out to me and was very sweet and helpful through the whole process. David came out and took pictures of the affected siding. He took the time to explain the issues to me and assured me that his company could make the repairs AND make them look professional. Sure enough, his crew showed up and corrected everything very quickly. My siding now looks great and the final price was very fair. I was even able to pay using my credit card using QuickBooks. Moral of the story is let Impact Siding and Roofing make the repairs instead of a handyman.

This was the second time I've hired Impact Roofing and Siding to do repairs on my house. Both times they did fantastic work. Impact Siding replaced some bad siding, rebuilt my chimney, and installed new gutters and gutter covers. Every single interaction with Impact Siding was professional and courteous and Kristy ensured my questions were answered promptly. The installers and painters were efficient and left the workplace clean at the end of each service. David could have easily oversold me services on an aging house but they gave me accurate assessments on what repairs were needed which were well documented on a detailed quote. I highly recommend them!

Had small hole in roof which over time resulted in severe wood rot of the fascia, soffit and front porch exterior trim and framing.I found the Impact contact at Home Advisors and call them for and estimate. Was able to have David come out to my place within a couple of days. David gave a detailed accounting of what would be necessary to complete the repair. The quote was reasonable so I gave Impact the buiness. A crew was scheduled for the job the following Thursday. They arrived as promised at 9am and had all the wood rot repair done by 2pm. They returned the following morning to complete the job by repairing my roof. This was done in roughly 4 hours. I could not be happier with the quality of Impact's work. All areas they touched looked as good as new if not better. If I should ever need services that they cover would not hesitate to contact Impact again.Service: Roof repair

David came highly recommended, and we saw some of his earlier work, but unfortunately we had a terrible experience.Paint was applied in wet weather and proceeded to bubble and peel. Quoted repairs were not initially completed. We had to threaten litigation to have peeling paint addressed and the house still looks terrible.David was $2000 over our other quotes, but we felt paying more would equal better service.Unfortunately, we received cheap paint (have invoice) and incorrect application of the product.We paid David in full (to avoid a lien being placed on the home) and will now need to seek a court action to recoup funds to have the home properly painted by professionals.Beware. This company claims to be ethical and Christian, but they took our money and we did not receive quality workmanship.Service: Exterior painting

We had Impact Siding and Roofing replace and paint all our siding. Our old siding was warped in certain areas, which caused it to start falling apart. We contacted Impact Siding and Roofing and worked with David to get an estimate. David was very knowledgeable and explained the issues we had with our siding to us in detail. The siding crew and the painting crew were very professional. They also answered any questions I had during the replacement process. Overall, it was an excellent experience working with David and his team to have the siding replaced.

Amazing job on my new roof. I highly recommend Impact siding and roofing. They're professional, answer all my questions and concerns. They have the best prices in Atlanta area for top of the line shingles and colors. I had more than 10 different quotes and inspections. Majority of companies are over charging for low grade shingles. Nobody can compare to impact siding and roofing.

We had Impact replace all our old siding with new Hardie Board siding. They also replaced our aging front porch. The teams were all professional and provided a very high-quality result that we are extremely happy with. Our house looks brand new, and several of our neighbors have commented on how nice it looks. David provided very thorough and accurate quotes for all the work, and we had no surprises. We initially received quotes from five different companies. The quote from Impact was by far the most complete with details of the work to be performed and what was included. Our siding was a mix of what looked to be LP siding and Hardie plank in certain areas. The LP siding had warped or rotted with leaking downspouts. The beads didn't match-up between the two sidings. There was also some sort of rodent chewing the soft siding at ground level. It was time to replace it all. I called three siding contractors. Frankly I had never heard of Impact Siding but a friend of ours from our old neighborhood had used them recently and gave David and team high marks. I can see why. During the estimating phase-- David came-out several times. He was professional, knowledgeable and persistent in a good way. We went through several proposals- smooth or cedar texture planks, what to replace etc. We went through his proposal line by line. I asked him to explain things I didn't understand like "drip" capping, what's included, what is not. I like the way the proposal was prepared breaking out all things siding from the painting portion. Overall pricing was competitive. And, after we agreed on all details--- they were able to start work in 10 days. Siding crew was on time each day and methodical. Project clean-up at the end was fine. Painting crew was next. A day of prep work first and then they started painting siding and trim. They use Sherwin Williams paint. Looks great. Very pleased. Not only will we enjoy the new Hardie siding and fresh paint, but I'm thinking resale value here.

This is an amazing company to work with. David and all of his crew members were so efficient, ON TIME, dedicated to my project and helpful. When an issue with my electricity/internet came up, he had his electrician out to remedy the problem. I trusted these guys around my property. They worked hard and cleaned up the mess that’s created when replacing siding and painting a home. I am so in love with the new look of my house and I am so happy I chose them!!
