They advised cutting into the wood and immediately uncovered the root of the problem. Jim and team provided pre/post images, showed up on time, and even removed the damaged wood and shingles. We used Mr. Roofer (Marietta) after a leak hit our garage. Brad was our contact and he did an excellent job! He was responsive by phone and text, on-time, and worked with our insurance to get a full inspection completed and to provide them with a recommendation for work needed. We ended up needing a new roof due to hail damage, plus a replacement skylight in one of our bathrooms. It was done on time without issue. We were extremely relieved with the timeframe especially with pandemic-related supply issues. The crew also did a good job cleaning up; we only found a few stray nails in the driveway. Did thorough examination of the problem both inside and outside. He took pictures, explained everything needed to correct the problem and quoted a very reasonable price. I hired mr roofer to repair my roof about a year ago,they fixed a leak i had coming in my chimney. They notified me at that time i may need a new roof soon.So a couple of months ago,i noticed that i had another leak over my kitchen,so i figured it was time to replace the roof.I called mr roofer,they came out and gave me a very detailed proposal and packet of information.
