Marco and his team at Onix Solution have been absolutely incredible with our Tree Removal needs. Marco came to the property and gave me a quote to remove a total of 9 trees and then 3 more trees a week later.He is always very clear about each project and makes sure that we understand what the process is and what needs to happen to be successful. I really appreciate Marco's reassurance throughout the tree removal process regarding any questions I may have, his team delivers exactly as he promises. We really needed Onix Solution at this time and they delivered. This team is great, very professional, and they take pride in their work!I already have plans to work with Marco and his team again at Onix Solution. Thank you for the excellent service!

My yard was overgrown with vines and weeds and small trees. They cleaned up the whole mess. I thought they probably would not get it all done but were very thorough and did a lot more than I was expecting for the price. They came back the next day and hauled the residue away.

We have used this company and Mr Marco Costa to remove two trees at two separate properties. The first was a case where he removed a diseased tree from my personal property. He performed the work on a Friday and then asked for payment on a Saturday when we were out of town. I explained that he would be paid upon my return on Monday. He proceeded to threaten me with placing a lien on my property on Monday - only 2 weekend days after he performed the service. I paid him promptly upon my return on Monday. There was no issue. Then we had a tree fall on a investment property roof and Mr Marco Costa removed it very promptly and without issue. The service was impeccable - he was very quick with his service. However, he promptly asked for payment and we explained to him that we had to wait for insurance to go through their process and that he would be paid - he got very upset with us and placed a lien on the property- only one week after service. We have since paid him - about 10 days after service - but he has not removed the lien. Be weary of this payment policies. To his credit he is from Brazil and not used to the insurance processes in the USA.

I don’t recommend Marcos’s work, he did some work at my house, he didn’t want to give me a warranty of his work, but before he said he would give me all the necessary guarantees, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ONIX'S WORKS,if you have a problem with their work, you can be sure that they will not look for a solution
