My wife and I just purchased our first home around a year ago. We knew it's exterior needed repairs and a good paint job. We're so glad we chose Painting Plus! When I called, Tom came out and did a walk through with me. He pointed out all the areas on the house that needed repairs and I showed him the inspector's report so we didn't miss anything. When he sent me a quote that same day through e-mail it was very detailed. It listed everything that would be done and how much it would cost.It was much more affordable than I expected. We decided to hire them without getting other quotes. The team that came was very small, only two guys. On some days, only one guy was working. However, I didn't mind this and they finished the house exactly when they said they would. With the small team, it took seven days total start to finish for all the repairs, all the re-sealing and caulking, all the wood work, taking the shutters and gutters down to paint and put back up, and paint the entirety of the house, including the brick.Very impressive work! My wife and I are very pleased! I'm writing this review almost 3 months after the end of the job and the paint still looks great even after all the bad weather we've had!

I am a residential contractor and needed all new siding, windows and paint for a great customers home, items I do not deal with. Charlie called back promptly, returned a quote faster than others and was competitively priced. Charlie took time out of his busy schedule to meet me at the window supplier to go over different options. From demo to final paint all the trades he sent out completed their projects professionally and promptly. He also replaced all the overhangs, gutters and downspouts. My customer is very happy with their new exterior. I would recommend Painting plus for all your exterior projects.

Rave reviews for Painting Plus introduced to us by Project Manager, James, who was outstanding at keeping us apprised of start dates, product deliveries, who would be at our home - when - on both projects. They built a portico and then painted the entire exterior of our home. Much of the front bay needed to be repaired/replaced due to wood rot damage. Their paint crew was so skilled that they rolled it all into one seamless project, completing the painting and wood replacement in four days. Their paint crew was one of the hardest working crews we've had in our 35 years of owning this home. They actually exceeded our expectations which is nearly impossible.

Painting Plus did an amazing job on my siding replacement, painting, and deck staining. We got a couple of different quotes in the process and they were competitively priced, given we knew they did high quality work based on our neighbor's house. They are experts in exterior work of all kinds and definitely left the back of the house in a better state to resist the elements (i.e. added flashing that was previously missing). Staining the deck was going to be next on my list and once I learned they can handle that as well, we added it to the total job. In the process, they even replaced some boards that were rotting without being asked. They definitely look to make your exterior look as good and be as safe as possible and go above and beyond to do so. Will definitely use again for other home projects.

Wonderful experience! I originally started the process a year ago to source quotes and once I was able to move forward with the process, Rob came back out to my house for updated measurements and drawings. I was kept informed the whole time, and I love my new deck! We removed the old rotted wood and stairs, replaced with TREX flooring and a new railing. The project was finished in a week. Would definitley recommend

Painting Plus recently finished a siding job on our house. I have used them in the past on a smaller project and was very pleased then (over 10 years ago), so I decided to get an estimate from them for this larger job. I also got estimates from a few other companies. Not only was Painting Plus a few thousand cheaper than the others.... but P Plus included a couple of extra things that the other companies would charge in addition to the estimate amount! Why would I choose anyone else than Painting Plus??Danny was a pleasure to work with. I've used large companies for big projects in the past and the person who "sold" it to me would be MIA after getting my business. Not Danny. He is great to return calls/texts and very easy to deal with throughout the job. We are thrilled with the outcome and I already have some ideas for future projects with this company.

I'd give them more than five stars if Google would allow it. My wife and I are extremely happy with the work Painting Plus did for us. We're the original owners of a house built in 1993 with what turned out to be the defective siding in use then. By the end of last year, the siding on the shady sides of the house was growing mold or mildew, rotting, crumbling, and falling off. I called two contractors about replacing the siding and the gutters. Painting Plus was actually the higher bidder but not by a lot, and I felt Daniel, the sales rep we dealt with, was more thorough in his initial inspection of the house and more forthright about what the job would entail. We made the right choice with Painting Plus. Daniel kept in touch with us and regularly checked on the work progress. As for his crews, I can't praise them enough. Super hard workers as well as polite and awfully good at what they do. They went above and beyond what I would have expected to get the job done, and the house looks beautiful, better than new! I have absolutely no reservations recommending Painting Plus to anyone needing home repair. In summary, here's what they gave me: An honest appraisal and estimate, not a low-ball price to get me to hire them followed by big price increases for this and that; honest, considerate, and expert work; and a house I can't help but look at and grin because of how good it looks now compared to before. Painting Plus did a fabulous job with my exterior starting with power washing my house, re-siding with HardiePlank, painting everthing, new gutters (love the color Charlie recommended) and new screen on my back porch which is amazing! The crews all were timely and worked long days! The whole project took about 3 weeks which is what I was told at the beginning. My quote was very detailed so no unexpected charges. And Charlie was easily accessible with any questions I had. Very happy with the completed project!

We needed a lot of work done on our 67-year-old ranch home. We needed all new windows, all siding, soffits, and fascia, and trim replaced with Hardie, and new paint. We called several different companies and got several different quotes and ultimately decided to go with Painting Plus because of their excellent communication, prompt response, and their quote was in our budget. Robert was amazing! He was in communication with us every single day, answered any questions we had, and handled every unexpected twist and turn quickly and without surprising us with added costs to the project. We needed to get our steps replaced and some other work done on our siding. Robert came out and gave us an estimate, was very timely and helpful with ideas and suggestions. The work was scheduled within a few days of saying yes, and the crews were all very good. All work was completed quickly and with high quality. The steps that were there were not to code, so the crew rebuilt them correctly and did a great job. Very happy with Robert's supervision of the job and the crews that did the work. Will definitely use them again for work I need done, and have already recommended them to a friend who needs new steps.

We had an outstanding experience with Painting Plus. They responded very quickly to our request for a proposal to paint the exterior of our house. They made a very thorough assessment pointing out window trim that needed to be replaced and other needed repairs before painting. The proposal was very detailed and competitively priced. The workmanship was high quality with thorough coverage, clean lines and attention to detail. They also went beyond their scope by painting our driveway pillars and mailbox at no extra charge. Great work, and great people to work with. Anthony have a good work write up before we commit. They discover the things that needs work. Then the paint job they suggested the trims to make it look good. And they did well. We did the sidings, gutter and overall house exterior. The neighbors think it’s a new house. I’m happy with the project manager Eduardo and his guy Gustavo. Very pleasant to work with. A major project like this is expensive but it’s worth it. We’re happy.

My experience with Painting Plus was so good and positive that I recommended them to do work on my parent's new house. Tim Walters was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job making sure this project was completed perfectly. The crews were courteous, reliable, and communicated so that we always knew what to expect the next day or in near future.My contact with Painting Plus began in Nov 2020 about a potential deck/screen porch concept that expanded my old deck (one photo attached). I provided a drawing and we agreed on cost. Demolition began on Feb 25 (one photo attached for reference) with an ~11 week timeline that did not factor industry wide supply chain issues.Several photos of the finished product are included, captured on May 14, 2021 (the evening photo is from May 2 prior to cleanup) and all inspections had been completed. This project finished quite literally in 11 weeks. All that to say, it was on time and on budget.I'm writing this review as we enter the 2021 college football season and I want to express how happy and satisfied I am with the results Painting Plus provided. Fair price! Great work! Couldn’t be happier with the job they did on my house. I had water getting in the basement and washing out my footings on my deck. I got new gutters, had them do the recommended drainage and some repairs in the basement. After work was completed I no longer have any water issues in the basement and it looks amazing. We got three quotes to build a portico over our front door. Painting Plus was the lowest bid and they did an excellent job! We had already replaced the trim twice because of wood rot, and hoped that a portico would prevent this again in the future. James Jenkins was our project manager. He responded quickly to every question and concern we had. They built the portico and replaced all the rotten wood around the door .We are very pleased and highly recommend Painting Plus.
