As a returning customer, we had a great experience with Pro Roofing in 2021. They were the only company willing to fix our leak and were honest with us about the poor job done by the previous company. Pro Roofing took pictures of the roof and used a drone to show us what was happening. They also educated us on the issue and informed us that we would eventually need to replace the roof.We saved up for a new roof and have finally replaced it. We were extremely pleased with the results. Chris and his crew did an excellent job and finished the job within one day. They left the place spotless afterward, and we highly recommend their services.

Had a great experience. Received a fair and timely estimate on the repair of a leaking skylight. The whole team was very hands on and even worked with us to order the specific non stock skylight we wanted. During our scheduled install time there was some inclement weather and we were constantly updated as to when the crew would be out again. Will definitely use the company again.

Joanna came out to give me an estimate on some gutter work, but it turned out there wasn’t enough work to meet their minimum to give me a quote. Instead, she offered to have their gutter person, Chris, come out and hammer in my loose gutters free of charge. Chris was very knowledgeable, kind, thoroughly answered all of my questions, and gave me some great advice (I’m a new, first-time homeowner). He hammered in all the loose gutters and even realigned a short gutter that I was most concerned about. Based on this experience, I feel that the team at Pro Roofing is trustworthy, honest, and reliable. When I have a big enough job in future I’ll definitely be calling back!

It took less than 1 week from initial contact to the time of repair. Juan was my sales rep and he was very professional and explained everything in a way I could understand.Project Manager and team came out. On time. They took before and after pictures. I requested all pictures and they sent them immediately. I would definitely use this company again. They made a frustrating situation(leaking roof) and turned it into a pleasurable experience. Pro Roofing and Siding gets 6 out of 5 Stars! Our commercial space was almost destroyed inside from a former tenant. Joanna came out with her assistant, Hafid to give me a free estimate. They were incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. The crew came out two days later and did an amazing job. They were detailed down to the last staple that had to be removed from the crown molding. Nahum and crew restored the space beautifully. AND it only took them three 1/2 days to complete. Chris, The Project Manager is a rock star! He kept me updated daily by sending photos and videos. Overall the team went above and beyond. I highly recommend Pro Roofing and Siding. They will be the only company to restore all of my properties if or when needed. Thank you so much!! You guys ROCK!

The team at Pro Roofing and Siding were great to work with as they were on time and did fantastic work for a great price. We would absolutely hire them again for any future needs we night have.

I found the company on the web and gave them a call and they scheduled an appointment with me to have my exterior house painted. Mr. Rowland came out and surveyed the house and we discussed what would need to be done such as replacing boards on the house before painting. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Once agreed on the work, Hafid sent an email on the colors that I picked out to be used and set up the date on when the work would start. Hafid was very professional. The Pro Roofing & Siding Team (2 men), came out on the 1st day and pressure washed the house down and changed out boards on the house. It took the Team three days to complete the process and they were very good and respectful. This was an exceptional job well done. I have received lots of compliments on how great the house looks and nice paint job. I'm very pleased and I would highly recommend and use Pro Roofing & Siding again for sure.

If I could rate 0/5, I would. This group created more problems than they solved, many of which have led to major leaks from roofing and gutter repair failures just two years ago. When I reached out to see if they’d make it right, not only did they not help, they didn’t even return my call and reach out to see if my concerns had been addressed. A stained ceiling, 400 linear feet of soffit rot, and several thousand dollars of failed gutter guards later, I’m stuck essentially redoing what this organization failed to accomplish two years ago. Not honoring your workmanship, and worse, making poor solution recommendations, is nothing short of unacceptableEdit: this is absolutely the right company (they claim my review is for a different company in the comment). My contract and invoice are all from this organization and their address on Canton Rd in Marietta. The contract is under my wife’s name, which is why they claim to not be able to find my work

They ask me to signed the contract but won't do the work till 2 - 3 months later. Are they serious? Who runs a company like this?Update: Horrible company. Should of trust my gut. They emailed me back saying they do the work right away. 2 weeks gone by and they came did the gutters. They torn my shingles and water got behind the fascia board and caused water leaks.They blamed the roof and wanted to replace the whole roof. Just horrible.

A shout out to Pro- Roofing and Siding for making our 1979 home look like a new build with a combination of Hardy shakes and board and batten. Juan Reyes was fantastic and listened to our wants and needs and went above and beyond in making them a reality! Hafid made certain that the process was seamless from materials delivery, and waste collection. Chris, our project manager was stellar and was on site during most of the construction and stayed in constant contact during the entire process.Our 44 year old siding was literally splitting and had rot in several places and the soffits were angled and looked dated. Willian and his team of craftsmen squared off the soffits giving it a updated modern look. What was most impressive about Willian and his crew was that they were all equally skilled, so no one had to wait on anyone else for measuring, cutting, or installation. They moved so fluidly with no wasted effort which quickened the process. We are so glad we choose Juan and Pro-Roofing and are so appreciative of the quality of work his team provided. If you need roofing or siding like us, give them a call; they will do you proud!

I found Pro Roofing & Siding through a Google search. I read reviews and put in an online request for a representative to contact me. You never know how long contractors will take when going this route. I was contacted by Harrell by phone and an appointment was set up within two weeks. He arrived on time, scoped out the project, which was building a covered veranda over our patio, took measurements, and said he would be back with an estimate in two weeks.Indeed, Harrell returned two weeks later with a computer generated design based on the specs with pricing and a timeline. We asked to make some modifications which were cheerfully applied. He explained who the foreman would be and how many workers would be on the job.Everything from that point forward went as planned. The materials were delivered and neatly placed on our driveway, the crew showed up on the set date, the demolition of a pre-existing structure happened in one day and was hauled away. For two weeks, workers showed up (as long as it wasn't raining), worked, cleaned up, and left before dinner. The craftsmanship is high quality. At the end of construction, one of the skylights they had installed had a defect. It was replaced two weeks later.This is a well run outfit with professional employees. I called Pro Roofing because I had a roof leak which needed attention as soon as possible. Addison & Joanna came out right away and took some drone photos of the roof. When I asked if someone would go up and inspect the roof, Addison made a call to Chris Friesz who came quickly. Chris inspected the roof and took photos of some issues that needed to be addressed. He explained how the repairs would be done and answered all my questions & concerns. He then went to pick up some additional supplies while Alex worked on the repairs. Chris stayed on the roof with Alex (on a hot day!) so he could take photos to show me the progression of the work and to assure me that the roof was repaired and cleared of debris. The entire team was very prompt & professional.
