Greetings,I am posting pictures of my completed shower, work done by Quality Craftsmen. This was a major project for me and I was very nervous about having it done. When it was finished, some problems with water pressure and leakage existed. The water pressure was simply trash in the line. The leakage problem was a little more extensive and was actually outside of the work that Quality Craftsmen was contracted to do. The owner of the company, a very nice gentlemen, Mr. Devin Quinn, set up a special appointment on Saturday morning, and came to my house personally with his workers, and found the leak and showed it to me. It was not a part of the shower install, however, he had his workers repair the pipe that was causing the leak without any additional cost to me.Thank you Mr. Quinn, for your patience, and for calming me down, and explaining to me what was causing the leak. And thank you for going over and beyond to make sure my problem was taken care of and the leaks from my plumbing were repaired with no extra money out of my pocket.If you need a shower upgrade, please strongly consider Quality Craftsmen.

I enjoyed an exemplary sales/consultation appointment with Kenneth Rivera from Quality Craftsmen today. My husband and I found ourselves in need of a shower conversion with improved access and safety features. Kenneth listened well, in an effort to understand our needs, wants, and budget for the project. He was so knowledgeable about the company's product and service offerings, and well-organized in his consultation. I never once felt that he was trying to "just sell" me something. We reached an understanding on all features, and the price felt fair and clear, with no hidden fees. We look forward to completion and will post before and after photos soon.

The install team - Julio and Eli were great. They arrived on time and finished before the end of the day. Everything cleaned up perfectly. We love our new step in shower. I was impressed with his expertise and knowledgeable responses to my various inquiries. I was not ready to move forward with the bathroom project today but I plan to use Quality Craftsmen when I am ready to start the project.

Bryan walked us through the entire process from start to finish; with more than two decades in the industry, he was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer questions we didn’t even know we had. Thanks, Derek.Have been gathering information on a tub to shower conversion for some time, so went into our meeting with a fairly good idea of what I wanted. One of the areas that was impressive with Derek is he not only knew the product well, he, also, knew the history & values of the company he represented.After, thoroughly, going over the project, Derek made a couple suggestions on areas I had not thought of. Really appreciated that. He took the time to explain the Aging in Place that was available. Plus, he actually paid attention to what was being said, not just sitting there wondering how quickly he could close the deal & leave. I was extremely pleased with the work done for my bath remodel by QUALITY Craftsmen. The name of this company is certainly no misnomer! The "wet work" was done in one day! The 2-man team arrived around 10 AM, completed the demolition of the one piece molded fiberglass tub/shower, built out the new space extending it to the full height of the room, completely installed the new walk in shower and carried away all the debris by 5 PM. Dan was a miracle worker! He very patiently and professionally found solutions for no attic stock of the 20+ year old laminate flooring gap made when the doorway was widened for handicap access and staggering the shared plumbing when the selected vanity with offset sink did not align with the tub on the other side of the wall. I would recommend this team without a second thought!

I had an appointment yesterday with Grace from Quality Craftsmen to discuss a bathroom remodel. I was very impressed! Previous appointments with other contractors they showed up, looked at the job needs, left and gave an estimate. Grace came fully ready to discuss a remodel. She had samples, lots of pictures, answered all of our questions and spent a lot of time with us. No rush job. Her Supervisor at Quality Craftsmen spoke to us on the phone and we came to what we feel is a very good price.We are excited to begin working with Grace and Quality Craftsmen.

Our tub cracked a few months ago and we put some Putty down and that helped until we found quality Craftsman. Fabiana (I hope I spell that right) came out with her awesome personality and knowledge of products and Company and gave us a quote that worked for us. When our products were ordered Richie came out and replaced our tub and shower within a couple of days. There was a small issue with the shower faucet and Richie came right out the next morning and repaired it and the shower/tub have been working wonderfully. It's the 2nd day of my supposed installation and I have not heard from anyone. I've been on hold several times, and have been advised that someone would return my call. Day 1 started out great, but the contractor, Toby, may have bitten off more than he can chew.*********EDITED REVIEW*********The 1-star review turned into 5 stars!! I am happy to state that Quality Craftsman have exceeded my expectations with my bathroom remodel. Unfortunately there were a few hiccups as my barn door shower was leaking. I have to say that Sheila from Glass solutions came out 3x and was always pleasant and professional and willing to try other options to stop the leaking.I did reach out to Quality Craftsman Brenda, Kevin, and Devin and asked for another glass company to get shower door functional.While very beautiful bathroom remodel the shower wasn't able to be used because of the leaking. So I reached out to the owner Friday. I didn't get a call or text and I was feeling frustrated by Wednesday morning.I wrote a memo of events for myself but it felt wrong as I was writing. I chose Quality Craftsman because of the great reviews and also great interactive communication and updates provided to me and the efforts to stop the leaking.Okay they are working with me and then I remembered I had not checked voicemail . I checked the voicemail and Devin had called Tuesday morning and I didn't see it till Wednesday morning . We spoke and he was going to see if he could get someone to come over this week. Mr. C confirmed and came that afternoon.New game plan to replace the barn doors and some other changes. I am hopeful everything works out and I have a shower that doesn't leak onto my beautiful new floor.I am appreciative of everyone's assistance.Thank you!I

I am happy to recommend this business for the excellent work that they did on the front end. Our Project Consultant, Gideon, was top notch in every capacity and exceeded all expectations and prior experiences. His knowledge of the project inspires confidence, his energetic yet comfortable demeanor allowed for instant chemistry, and his passion for helping made us feel like superstars. We did not proceed with the project due to constraints on our end, but the consulting experience left us with a WOW we have never experienced from a sales interaction. When we are able to proceed in the future Gideon and Quality Craftsmen will be the first (and only) people we call!

Out with the old and in with the new in just one day! I had to wait two days to use my new shower, but it was well worth the wait.I hope to provide an update in about a year, but I've been using my new shower for almost two weeks now and am ready to give an initial review.From the salesman that was very informative and the owner that worked with him to make the project affordable for me, to the office workers that helped get just the right products and timeliness arranged for handling my job, to the craftsmen who removed my old shower without leaving a trace then installed my new shower, all were so professional and performed with so much high quality craftsmanship. I love the new shower they installed for me. The materials are easy to clean and always look great.So far, I highly recommend Quality Craftsmen in Marietta GA in this forum and to anyone who would ask me.

We bought our condo back in 2018 and since our move in our master bathroom has not been in use. We have been putting it off for the longest time. My husband was looking for options when we heard from Quality Craftsmen through a Facebook ad. When he told me he had scheduled an appointment I wasn’t too thrilled. I was expecting a long boring sales pitch. I was wrong. Jackson walked us through the process, took his time sharing samples, before and after photos and at the end we found ourselves with the bathroom remodel we have always dreamed of for our home. Jackson reminded us it’s not just a home improvement project but it is also going to change our quality of life. He helped us get a GREAT deal with good payment options. Kinser came by for our initial consult and he was very genuine and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me on something, but he really listed to what I was trying to do. He shared a lot of information about the services they provided which helped me to make a decision about what made the most sense for my space. I love how reputable the company is - which can be hard to find. Kinser was very friendly and professional - he showed me examples of other jobs they've completed that was similar to what I was looking to do and overall, I had an excellent experience.

I had a bathroom remodel and choose them for the job. The salesman came out and worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted. We had a garden tub removed for a new shower and the old shower removed for a closet. I am so happy with the work they did and the professionalism and care for my home they showed.

Nathan was very professional, he explained all the options possible, he’s knowledge is of the products made it easy to choose the best materials and combinations for our new shower and flooring. Excellent no worries contractor.Zett and his team converted a 740 square foot basement into a one bedroom, bath and kitchen which included an upgraded HVAC with dual zone, and electrical wattage for the whole house. The project was just under $110k.Very responsive to concerns and does a beautiful job. Highly recommend for a no worries contractor.Pictures show the project from beginning to end.

So my husband and I are in the process of remodeling 3 of our bathrooms upstairs. Colin and Denovan came out to assess our property and give us estimates and design ideas. They have been very professional and helpful and have worked with us to come up with a price that suits our budget. Called them two weeks ago to get an estimate on a kitchen and bathroom remodel and left a message/ voicemail. They returned my call today almost two weeks later then proceeded to ask me what I wanted done to the kitchen. This normal as they need to know what they will be doing in my house; not a problem. Red flag number one was them asking me what my budget was before even knowing what size kitchen on bathrooms I had. Number 2 was him asking me to take pictures of my kitchen and send it to him and that is how he would determine how much my remodel would cost. Number 3 was when I asked if he would physically come to visit the house prior to signing a contract and he said "no, i mean I might". Didn't ask me if I was supplying my own materials, didn't pull a tape measure out to measure anything in my house just wanted to know what my budget was. Stay away from this business.
