Our basement flooded suddenly and we called around for help. Reliable Restoration was able to come out and they literally took care of everything. I was so overwhelmed by all the things that was involved with a basement flood. They came and covered my furniture, cut the drywall off, remove the carpet- they left fans and dehumidifiers going for a few days. I mean they really didn’t require me to do anything! It put my mind so at ease to have them take this off my shoulders. They came back and they were courteous and professional and tidies everything up so that there was no trace of them even being there. They worked so hard for Hours and hours and it was such a huge Relief!!! Thank you so much Wes and Reliable Restorations! You guys saved us BIG TIME!!!!

It’s always nerve wrecking when selecting a contractor, especially as a single female. When I had a leak in my shower pan, Relaiable Restorations & Remodeling saved the day. Teyon was prompt on his response and walked me through every step of the process. I couldn’t find the same tile to match the rest of the shower and he provided me with a few coat efficient options to ensure that I didn’t have to redo the entire shower. His workers are prompt and do great work. I felt comfortable leaving the house to go run errands and they cleaned up all the dust and debris once the work was completed. All in all it was a great experience and plan to use Reliable Restoration & Remodeling for my home expansion project. Teyon’s experience and excellent customer service is worth every penny! This company provided a quote and then asked for a 50% deposit on the work. They were given that deposit and when they showed up to do the work they claimed that the damage was much worse than quoted. The price for the job went from $4000+ to $14,000+. When told I would have to ask for other bids and asked for the return of my deposit they told me that I would have to pay for the labor for the night they came out to do the work but couldn't, over $1,000. However I was told that if I continued to do the work through them they would credit this amount to the final bill. I have since gotten 3 quotes, all of them lower than their original quote. This is a terrible bait and switch, I would stay as far away from this company as I could. I wish I had a review that I could have seen on their tactics before writing them a check for over $2,300. If I could give them a negative rating I would, this is theft.
