Rhino Restoration was an absolute pleasure to work with. Matt the owner has built himself an amazing team to get the job done. Chase did an amazing job gathering the aerial photos to provide great footage to the insurance company. Matt did a superb job getting all of the data and filing with my insurance company. Matt, Chase, and Tyler showed up on site while the adjuster was inspecting to answer all questions.When it came time to replace the roof, Matt, Chase and Tyler were onsite all day while the work was done. They put net protection against the house to protect the structure and made sure the site was clean upon completion.After completion they walked the house with you and made sure you were 100% satisfied.I 100% recommend Rhino Restoration.

Matt and his team were indeed a breeze to work with. When we returned home after a storm, we found a shingle on the ground and started to get quotes for a replacement. We knew going into the process that working with insurance would be the most difficult. Matt and his team captured the state of the roof with high-definition drone photos, and I uploaded those to my claim. When the adjuster eventually came out, Matt made himself available and brought the team to assist the adjuster as well as answer any questions they had. This worked out as our roof was in rough shape, causing the adjuster to fall off the roof nearly. Matt provided my adjuster with some padding and on-demand drone photos, which eventually sealed the deal on my claim.Matt was on site with his team for the entire replacement, which they managed to complete in one day, and everything went to plan. While I hope I don't have a need for any Rhino services in the near future (1 claim a year is more than enough), I won't hesitate to use their services again. I recommend Matt and his team for anything and everything roofing+ and insurance-related. The Rhino crew was great to work with! The owner and salesperson are on site the day of installation and they also were willing to meet our insurance adjuster on a holiday. Their “Catch All” nets aren’t just an eye catcher - I literally had no debris in my yard when they left that evening and my landscaping and decks were protected the entire time! Bonus - they use drone cameras for initial inspection and you get some really cool views of your home!

We had a great experience working with Rhino Restoration after our roof had hail damage. Tyler came by to take a look with a drone where they identified some initial spots before they climbed up for a closer look. The team provided a comprehensive report and worked fantastically with my insurance to get everything that was needed for the claim. When it came to the replacement work, the crew got the entire job done in half a day. They put down covers along the side of my house to gather all nails and debris. Even after we found some nails that got stuck against our screened in porch, Matt and Tyler made sure it was cleaned up without any issue. Their crew has taken good care of us and others in our neighborhood. They should be anyone's top choice for roof repair and replacement.

Matt, the owner, personally oversaw the project and was extremely attentive to every detail. Everything was on time and Matt’s crew worked efficiently. When Matt and Chase arrived as the time promised, they quickly covered the bushes, flower beds and even my new pergola as I had requested! I love my new roof. It is just beautiful. Matt and his crew did an excellent job. They arrived on time, protected my plants around the house, worked very hard all day in the hot sun and I ended up with the most beautiful roof in the neighborhood. I got an estimate from Matt at Rhino Roofing and Restoration and another company after our twenty year old roof was damaged by some strong winds. The thing that impressed me the most was Matt’s professionalism, the quality of the products and the warranties of both the work and the product. Although Rhino’s bid was a little higher than the second company, I felt it was a fair price and I grew to trust that Matt would deliver all that he promised. The crew showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up afterwards and were done by 3:00 in the afternoon (3,000 square foot home). Some of my neighbors chose other companies and they are still waiting for their installation. Matt treated our home as if it were his. What more can one ask? My wife and I were out of town from New Year’s Eve Day through January 4, 2022. On Saturday, January 1, [New Year’s Day] my wife received a text from a friend stating that a tornado had passed through our town the night before, and asking if we were okay. My wife explained that we were out of town, and she assured our concerned friend that we hadn’t received any damage because what was the actual chance of that happening? It happens to other people, in other towns, and not us!Well; we were . . . wrong! We found out that our house, and the roof specifically, had received substantial damage when we arrived home on the afternoon of the fourth. Fortunately, Matt Swinford from Rhino Restoration of Georgia pulled into our driveway not even ten minutes after we arrived home. Matt introduced himself and immediately sent a drone up to assess the actual damage, and we were gobsmacked at what his video/pictures captured. Our roof was a total loss! Matt, gratefully, stood with me while I reported the damage to our insurance company, telling me exactly what to say, as well as what questions I should ask.We were surprised, as well as impressed, by the fact that the damage evidence Matt provided to our insurance company in the form of his drone videos/photos was so detailed and explanatory, that our insurance company didn’t even bother to send an adjuster out before approving our claim. Also working to our advantage is the fact that Matt has worked as an insurance adjuster in the past, so he understands the specific nuances of dealing with insurance companies and all that that entails. Another thing that specifically impressed me is that Matt is both respectful and as appreciative of his employees as he is his customers, and I believe that that is just one of many reasons that Matt is so successful! In a day and age when it seems necessary to question everyone you deal with, especially if money is involved, I can honestly say that that isn’t necessary when dealing with Matt Swinford. Not only is Matt professional, he is also kind and compassionate. He uses quality materials, which he guarantees/warranties, and ensures that they are professionally installed. We couldn’t have asked for more! We have lived in our home for nineteen years, and out of all of the many people/companies that we’ve hired to do work at our house for one reason or another, I can honestly say that none were as trustworthy, knowledgeable about their craft or as honest as Matt. Matt immediately put me at ease all while going above and beyond every step of the way, and, most definitely, long before any money was exchanged. To say that Matt and, his company, Rhino Restoration, exceeded our expectations would not be truthful, because he/they more than fully exceeded our expectations! When I saw the finished roof for the first time, I actually told my wife that she was going to be really happy because “If a roof could be pretty, ours was!” and … it is!
