Our experience with Roofs by Don was excellent and I would highly recommend them. My roof was damaged due to a hailstorm, and it needed to be replaced. Everyone at this company was wonderful, professional, and easy to work with, especially Tyrone Barber. He worked with my insurance on the claim and answered all my questions, no matter how small the question because he knew it was important to me as a customer. The crew came out early in the morning and were finished the same day. The clean-up afterward was also excellent. I am very happy with the overall experience, and very happy with my new roof.

Roofs by Don did a fantastic job replacing our roof! Our assigned roofing consultant, Blanca, was amazing to work with as she walked us through choosing a new roof, working with homeowner's insurance, and completing the contract forms. The roofing crew was very professional where they arrrived on time, finished, and cleaned up in one day - we haven't found ONE roofing nail in our yard! If you need a new roof, I highly recommend Roofs by Don!

Fantastic company and absolutely phenomenal communication. They came out same day to fix a leak caused by a storm. The on-site repair man was extremely kind, respectful, and excellent at communicating. They did exactly what was needed and didn’t force us to do any extra un-needed work.

Great experience! I heard about this experience from my child's daycare. The grinch was actually scary 🤣 my toddler was definitely feeling it. And the pictures with Santa came out very nice. They were all very accommodating & Don was awesome with my girls. The snowball fight was super cool and we left with some yummy treats and nice gifts. Thanks Don!!

Witnessed Roofs By Don, inspecting a roof in my neighborhood, they were door knocking and damaging roof shingles? I would not trust this company at all. BEWARE!Tear the roof up to get the insurance to buy it and then use low grade shingles and generic materials to replace the roof…… Do your due diligence!

El título:BE AWARETHIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.. I am beyond frustrated with their antics and I want to make sure no one else has to go through what I am going through right now. They advertise “free” roof inspections (FIRST LIE as I just received an invoice charging me $2000 for their inspection/time!!), they completed their “free” inspection and OVER promised that my insurance will pay for replacing my entire roof and even offered to cover some of my deductible (ANOTHER LIE the insurance did not cover the entire roof). They did not meet my insurance adjuster like they said they would, so I was not prepared to speak with anyone regarding the damage, during the adjuster inspection the adjuster noticed damage on my siding, interior leaks, shutters, gutters and downspouts NOT MY CONTRACTOR so that kind of tells you the type of “inspection” they claim they did. Due to my lack of insurance knowledge which I will take accountability for I did not know I had an ACV Policy which was discovered upon a claim being filed, something the contractor didn’t even ask me about, Maria was more concerned about having a claim number and a signature on a piece of paper, than explaining to me how the process might put me in a hole. To the crazier part: I get a call today from Roofs by Don harassing me about payment, mind you insurance cut a check out for damage to my siding, interior, shutters, gutters and downspouts, and a very small portion for the roof, they want me to use that money to pay for the inspection (Insurance fraud ALERT) that they advertise as free. My daughter spoke to a lady named Blanca and she was really nasty, very unprofessional no management skills whatsoever. Another person by the name of Daniel called to see if he could speak to my daughter due to language barrier, he never answered her call. Not only is there a claim on my policy, now I have to come out of pocket $8k which I do not have. They come knocking on your door acting like they are doing you a favor and all they do is take advantage of people. I have spoken to other roofing companies and they all have apologized in Roofs By Don behalf, something Roofs By Don couldn’t even do! They are not trustworthy and the hype on social media is definitely a marketing front! Please be very careful with who you let in your home. Insurance company and my agent are aware of what is going on and will be looking into this company!

Then, last week of September 2023, a roofing agent was in my neighborhood, stopped by, and spoke with me. Her name is Blanca, and she works for Roofs by Don. She is an amazing person who handled all the paperwork and photos for my insurance claims department. She kept me up-to-date with the progress of the project and when they were through that same day, I had a new and beautiful roof that I Love.

I learned of Roofs by Don from Blanca as she canvassed my neighborhood, in search of sale leads. I'm happy she did because our meeting resulted in a beautiful newly tiled roof! She was there for me from start to finish, helping with a slight insurance delay and answering any questions along the way. I met Victor on the day of the repair. He & his team were prompt, professional & expedient. This was my second roof repair. The first time around, I was picking up fallen debris for months. Not so this time. The cleanup was first rate! Victor was even able to refer me to another for some other cosmetic house repairs. I plan to be putting up my house for sale in a few years. This will greatly appreciate my home value and add to its curb appeal! I definitely recommend Roofs by Don for your roof repair needs!
