Highly Recommend.I own and manage several Commercial and Residential Properties and am thrilled to have found Sadler Roofing. Before meeting the owner of Sadler Roofing, Drew, I dealt with several roofing companies over the years. These other companies would try raising their proposed costs after completion, not show up for scheduled appointments, and not do the job correctly. I have had none of these issues after hiring/using Sadler Roofing and will continue to use only them for my roofing needs.

Sadler roofing was on the list of recommended roofers by my insurance company, and I can see why. Drew made the entire process very smooth and efficient, and his roofers started exactly on the date and time he said they would. The pricing was reasonable and the materials were excellent. The workers managed to get the entire project done in a single day. They cleaned up so well that you'd never know that they had worked there! Drew came back a day later to review the work with me and make a final sweep for litter and nails. They have a great warranty for their work. I'm really satisfied with the end result. Highly recommend these guys. They have installed roofs for me on two different houses over the last 15 years or so. Price was fantastic and quality of work was just as good. They also helped me stretch my previous roofs with some quality repairs. Very honest about letting you know if it's time for a new one or not. They finish the job quickly and do a good cleanup afterward. Highly recommend.

They billed me over $1000 to fix a roof leak, but it didn't work. The next heavy rain, it was worse.The leak was near our chimney. When their initial repair didn't work, Sadler said the chimney must be responsible for the leak. So i called a chimney repair company.They said the issue was due to flashing at the base of the chimney, which is actually on the roof. They fixed it for much less than Sadler charged me.So, basically, Sadler charged me for work that was unnecessary. The fact that it turned out to be a roof problem that they didn't find is concerning. It was in the same place. I can't imagine how they didn't see this was the problem in the first place.

Drew was outstanding!!!I had a problem with water leaks in the attic. Drew sent some workers out to fix the problem, but the leaks persisted.I called to inform Drew that the problem was not resolved. Then, Drew came out to look over the work that was done and made some slight adjustments.There has been a lot of rain since then, and I am happy to report that the problem is now RESOLVED. Thank you, Sadler Roofing!!! I am so grateful.
