Can't say enough good things about Christian. He showed up on time and was very patient with my lack of knowledge. He took the time to explain to me what the issue was, what was causing it and how he would fix it. I had questions after he left, he took my call and very clearly walked me through everything. Ive had two other companies provide a quote, saying pretty much what Christian said but they didn't really go far into explaining. HE is the reason for this rating (only not 5 bc they havent actually done any work yet) and why I am chosing to go with Shelter Guard. I will update my review once the work is done.

If I could leave more than five stars I would. Shelter guard is simply amazing! If you are debating on where to get your gutters needs taken care of look no further. I recently purchased a home and inherited dirty gutters. Shelter guard came out and brought my gutters back to life! They were on time and very efficient. I will be using them in the future and recommending them to family and friends! James and his team were professional but also personable! Shelter guard roofing is the way to go!!

James and his team are amazing. Our gutter had pulled away from the roof leaving a waterfall pouring down near the foundation. We dreaded what another storm might do. They repaired the gutter immediately - during their initial free quote inspection. They were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. And very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

I had these folks clean our gutters and do a few quick roof repairs. They showed up on time, two days in a row. They were very professional, did solid work, and were reasonably priced. They were upfront and honest about the condition of my roof. I was thinking it would need to be replaced soon, they let me know we probably have 10 years or so before we need it replaced. I felt comfortable using this company to repair rotten wood on chimney causing a roof leak. I may not know for sure if the leak is completely taken care of until the next heavy rain. But I have every confidence that that would come back and fix it. I really appreciate James as he is kind, chill and easy to talk with. He explained what was going on and was honest. He said my roof was done correctly and in great shape - he didn’t ‘look’ for something to be wrong. I was not talked over or down to because I am female. Communication was sharp. The crew respond to my request immediately and contacted me early in the morning when the service has to be rescheduled due to the rain. They were able to cone the next day and very professional. They do a fantastic job on my gutter cleaning. I use them consistently every 5 to 6 months to keep my gutters flowing freely. I have a very tall house on an incline and it's no problem for them. They always clean up well, too, so there's no angry neighbors to worry about. Highly recommended!
