I recently had the pleasure of working with Chase and Clint of StormROOF Systems for a complete roof replacement, and I am delighted to share my experience with others. We are impressed and thankful forour roof (Dylan) and contract repairs (Carlos). Carlos and his team refurbished our entire living area in our rental property. They gutted and remodeled kitchen and main bath, added a mudroom that has washer/dryer and half-bath, painted exterior and interior, installed gutters, replaced all windows, added garage door with cameras, re-did all interior floors, and probably a lot more that he didn’t disclose. We have received numerous compliments from neighbors and random folks stopping to inquire if property is for sale or rent. Carlos and team was very professional, patient, kind, timely, and diligent hard workers that took much pride in their work. I would highly recommend and would use again for other properties.

Replaced decking they didn’t have to, added extra drip edge to reroute and divert water flow. And clean! Which is important to me. Stellar work here! 5 stars all day

Dylan's crew amazed me with their fast, efficient work. I went out in the morning with a cup of coffee and they had the old shingles on tarps on the ground. Went in and watched the stock market for an hour or two and came back out to see they were starting to shingle from the bottom already. Two hours later they were finishing the top of the roof! The clean-up was total. They left no debris and no nails. After they left, Dylan showed up while I was talking to his brother Jason, and I told him he had a helluva good crew! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a new roof with a quality experience. Great job guys!

Jason Peeples was the on site foreman over the job and did a great job keeping me informed and even sent me pictures with a drone. Caleb did a wonderful job getting us through the insurance parts and always answered his phone when I needed information. Caleb was very helpful and respectful throughout the process. Very bad experience. This is how my interior was left after initial roof repairs were not completed as needed and leak still remained.Technician who made repairs even metioned he wished he was told by company that issue was a leak so he would make needed repairs from the beginning.Communication has not been timely and now I am left with this company not willing to take action and fix this.Damage is actually worse than what it was initially before repairs.Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company.After posted review, leak has been fixed and interior work has been completed.

They came in less than 24hrs after calling. Dylan found the leak within 10 minutes and had a crew come and fix the leak less than 48hrs later. He provided excellent details on the problem, and the price was surprisingly lower than expected. I would give them a 10 if I could! Lastly, Dylan was very professional and extremely pleasant, something you don’t see these days. Thank you, Dylan!!

Storm roof did a great job. Crew was punctual. They worked as long as they could before the weather did not allow any further work. They covered everything and were back the next day to finish. The roof was installed and looks great, as expected. The whole process was seemless, and we really enjoyed working with Chase. I will add that the crew did an excellent job cleaning up after the installation. They moved several plants from my porch to start the job, and it was impressive that they put things back and left my property spotless. No trash, no nails, no shingles, and I mean, nothing was left out of place. Kudos to everyone from start to finish!
