Having used SuperiorPro in the past, when we needed new shutters and a new front door, we contacted them again. Because we were doing the above why not paint the few areas that could use a refresh on our older home. We had a pleasant experience from meeting Chris to discuss, to Abby coordinating materials for installation and scheduling the labor, to Andy as the project manager. The guys that did the painting and the installers were quick and stayed with through a rain shower to complete the shutter and door installation. All looks beautiful and we are very pleased. We had siding replaced and painting on the entire exterior of our house, and the house looks almost brand new! My salesman was very professional and full of knowledge. We had painting on outside and inside of our home. They did an excellent job and we can’t be more pleased with our new colors. We contacted SuperiorPRO last fall to remodel our home with James Hardie Color Plus siding, gutters, replacement of front and patio doors, and new paint on the trims. After receiving several quotes, we decided on SuperiorPRO. It was the level of professionalism that sealed the deal for us. We had many moving parts for such a big project, but SuperiorPRO seamlessly coordinated it all. The project's timeline was completed within a reasonable time, and we didn't experience any delays.Like any major home repairs/remodel, you always run into problems along the way. We experienced no difference. The siding crew accidentally cut off our electricity and damaged the interior of one of our window frames. Also, the back patio door wasn't installed correctly. Nonetheless, Dan (the project manager) was great at rectifying the problems. He was thorough and made sure our concerns were addressed promptly.Finally, I want to give a shout-out to Kam, our sales representative. She indeed went above and beyond. Kam was attentive, responsive, and patient with understanding our needs and wants and answered our questions. If she didn't have an immediate answer, she never hesitated to find one. From the beginning of the project until completion, she stayed connected. (Even seven months after our project, she reached out to check-in.) We had them install new gutters, gutter guards, downspouts, soffits, and facia.I am usually not impressed with contractors and seldom have them back to do more work.I will definitely use SuperiorPro again they impressed me.
