Had a leak in one area of our roof and another section where the roofing tiles was blown off during the weekend of heavy wind storms! They came out in a day to inspect the damage, gave a very reasonable quote and upon approving the project. They all came out and patched up our roof in two days from inspection, quote, to repair! At the first time, they came to inspected and then fixed the roof but actually didn't fix the leaking at all. I called them. They said they will come again, however, they forgot the scheduled service until I called them a week after. Then they came again to fix the roof the second time, but again, the roof leaking is still actively happening, and even worse than before.In a summary, they failed to fix the roof leaking twice and forgot the scheduled service.Service: Roof repair
