We had the best experience with Advanced Roofing. Communication was excellent. They showed up on the scheduled day and finished our roof replacement before the day was out! Clean up around the house was amazing. The gutters went on the next day - as scheduled - and they did a great job on those too. We cannot be more pleased with the service we received with this company! Highly recommend!

I called Advanced Roofing because we had a couple of issues with our roof. Ryan came out and gave a quote and answered all our questions. He was very professional along with all of the crew. Our roof was put on today and the Facia board was repaired. We are very happy. I have already sent photos and passed our roofing photos to others. Thanks to everyone at Advanced Roofing.

Someone referred Advance Roofing to me because of their superior service. I called Ryan and asked if he could take a look at my roof because ceiling had spots. He did that within 2 days and gave a quote. The worker came out the next week and repaired everything and sent before and after pictures. The worker was friendly and very professional. Answer all of my many questions. They came in and did the job timely and work was stunning. This is a great company to have repairs to your roof done.

I called to have my roof inspected for a leak. I was very pleased with the response time. I called in the morning, and someone came out within an hour. Armando Rowlands responded. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to repair my roof, in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company. Ryan was quick to answer questions, respond to my texts and calls and very knowledgeable about their services and products. The crew replaced my roof in less than 8 hours and it is beautiful. They also left my yard clean, one crew member even climbed a tree to get a piece of roofing out of it.

Called about a quote for new roof after latest storm. Was very attentive answered all my questions and concerns, had me a quote next day. Communication is top notch. Appointment has been scheduled will follow up when work is complete.Scheduled within 2 weeks, was communicated with along entire process. Supplies n dumpster dropped off for 2 day later date of start, because of weather was pushed to 4 days later. Crew arrived early and knocked it out in one day. Cleaned up after themselves left over supplies were picked up same day and dumpster picked up next morning. Did the job they said they were gonna do, house looks great. Cannot recommend Advanced Roofing anymore as well , salesman Cole Dickerson. They were also out the next week for fence repair and did excellent job. Thanks again for honest work and great job!!

2/22/24My husband and I were impressed with the immediate response to our request for a quote from Advanced Roofing & Interiors. Chad came out the same day and did an assessment of our leak problems inside our home. He was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and detailed with his explanation of why the leaks were coming in. We scheduled to have the repairs done, and the job was completed in a timely manner on 2/28/24.We are satisfied customers and will recommend them to our family and friends.

This company is 💯 the very best company ever. They saved my home at 2:00AM in the morning on 2-11-24 when I had a huge storm and 6 inches of rain within several hours and my roof started flooding in my home. I called other companies and couldn't get anyone to come and help me and they came out at that time of morning in the massive floods and rain and covered my roof and saved my home from a total flood. They were super caring and helpful, they offered help above just covering my roof because they knew what I was dealing with. They stayed for hours to ensure that everything was under control and my family was ok. They're are no words to express how much that meant to me. If I could recommend this company a thousand times for what they did I would. I can guarantee you won't find another company like this one I don't care how hard you look. They will be replacing my roof and any other needs I ever have. Amazing people! Amazing company hands down! I wish I could give them 1000 stars they deserve that and so much more!

Very good experience. Armando was great to work with. He took the time to inspect the roof leak, inside and out. Took pictures before and during the repair. I'm a little tardy with this but I can't say enough about Advanced Roofing and Interiors & Jason James & his team, Mike & Marisol! What a lifesaver! I discovered back in September that an old satellite dish had damaged my roof and had created a hole about the size of a basketball in my roof. Allstate wouldn't cover since the dish caused the damage. I am a widowed female and always afraid of being taken advantage of by contractors/people in general. I had heard of Advanced Roofing from friends & Facebook and called them. The first individual from Advantage dropped the ball and failed to follow up with me. I called back and spoke to a young lady there and told her how disappointed I was and if this was how they were going to do business I would find someone else. She apologized profusely and said I will have someone to call you within the next 15 minutes and I will call you back to make sure they do! Within 10 minutes Jason called me and in less than an hour he was standing at my front door to save the day! Jason put a small tarp on my house to protect it until they could return to repair my roof. Now to make matters worse. When they did come to repair my roof, they found additional damage. When my new roof was installed about 8 years ago, on the west side of my house, the contractor stopped the shingles about 2 inches short of the decking and failed to overhang it into the gutter which exposed wood and rotted 28 feet of fascia board. I was about in tears over all of this. Jason James was a lifesaver and my knight in shining armor! He was honest, professional, sympathetic and empathetic to my situation and worked with me as best he could to get it taken care of and work with me on the cost since insurance covered none of it!! I would HIGHLY recommend Advanced Roofing and Interiors and Jason James! He is truly a blessing, and I won't hesitate to call on them again!!

In spring of ‘23, Advanced Roofing replaced my gutters with new gutters and gutter guards. I have been more than pleased with the performance of said product. Nothing like being cozied up inside and hearing the flow of water rush down those gutters like it is suppose to. I highly recommend this company.Love Jason James!!

Advance Roofing and Interiors did a phenomenal job. Before contacting Advancing Roofing, I’d scheduled appointments with two other companies. Neither one showed up for their scheduled time or called to explain why. An hour after contacting Advance Roofing, Jason called, scheduled an appointment for the next day, and showed up on time as promised. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. When Jason and MIsreal arrived to perform the work on my roof, they greeted me and went directly to work. They made you feel as if you were the only customer they had. The work they performed was efficient and completed promptly. I also scheduled a gutter replacement for the following week.I wouldn't search further if you’re having difficulty deciding which business to use. If you want quality work and not be given the run around, ask for Jason James. He was responsive to my calls and very easy to work with. They repaired tornado damage to my roof and the work was flawless. They matched the shingles and could not tell the difference between the existing shingles.

Our new to us home in Hampton, we needed help cleaning the gutters and wanted a second opinion about the roof condition.We called Advanced Roofing and met Jason.Jason made a quick review of the roof. And helped us understand what we needed to address.Mostly simply fixes, but important items. And help answer a few extra questions we had.Overall, we got our gutters cleared, cleaned dryer duct, and sealed exposed nails on the roof.And added an extra gutter and down spout to improve the run off at the front of the garage.Communication was great and work was completed on time as planned.The great part is we got to test out the gutters as it rained the same day after the work was completed. Needing a new roof I decided to get quotes from the three top rated companies in the area. I called all three to schedule someone to come give me an estimate. Knowing this would be a great deal of money, I prayed for God to let me know the right choice. Jason from Advanced Roofing was the first to stop by. He was very thorough as he went up on the roof and examined all that would need to be done. As he provided me the Advanced Roofing estimate I knew in my spirit that this was the company God wanted me to go with. I also felt that I should proceed to get the other quotes just so I could see and know how honest, caring and upfront Jason was. The other two companies came over and provided estimates. Neither of these companies climbed on the roof or were near as thorough as Jason was. Both companies were about $4,000 higher than the quote Jason from Advanced provided. I smiled thinking back at how I knew God was leading me to Advanced. They scheduled me quickly and arrived exactly when they said they would. The team of roofers worked together well and did an amazing job! Our roof is amazing! We were provided a 50 year warranty on the materials and 5 years warranty on the labor. If you are looking for a company that is honest, transparent, trustworthy and dedicated to quality then choose Advanced. They were the most inexpensive and value for your money. Also, as someone who looks for God to lead in the choices I make, it was very clear that Advanced Roofing was the choice God led me to. They seem to be a Christian company that cares about the people they serve. I would recommend anyone needing their services to not hesitate to give them a call! Ask for Jason. Jason and his crew did a wonderful job on a roof tuneup and did more than a thorough job. This wasn’t even the best part. I have a very sick wife and when scheduling the job, I told Jason about the situation and my need for certain scheduling. He was very accommodating on the initial visit and right before he left he asked if he could pray for my wife. I was moved to tears and felt the Holy Spirit moving mightily during his prayer. He so blessed me and ultimately my wife. God orchestrated all of this and Jason was obedient to His prompting.
