My experience with Stress Free Roofing has been just that, “stress free”. My first contact with them was last Tuesday. I met with three different companies that day. The salesman knew his product and his company’s capabilities. The dollar figures was the most reasonable and an agreement was reached and the down payment was made. I picked out the color of the new roof and everything was ready to go. Today, 6 calendar days later, my home now had a beautiful new roof!

Stress Free Roofing has truly earned their name with our family. I am SO impressed at their professionalism and skill. I took the time to get 3 quotes from very well know roofing companies before I made a selection. Since I had not heard of this company before, I was a bit reluctant as well. But they really came through. Fabian was very patient through my rescheduling and questions. Luis is an experienced craftsman with mad skills. Hired them to repair leak on the roof about 3 months ago. Initially dealing with them was stress free, Ricardo came out and assessed the issue and he was very pleasant.During the last storm, the roof leaked again in the same area. I called stress free the next day and Ricardo returned the following week (Aug. 22nd ) to see the damage. He advised he would get w/his manager and someone would come out to repair. Had not heard anything after a few days so I called Ricardo to get an update. He was still waiting on his manager.So initially getting this work done in May, they assessed and repaired within the same week. But if they have to return to address the same issue during your warranty period, you get the runaround because there’s no money involved.I spoke to Amber 8/31 and she asked if I’m available 9/1 for someone to come out & repair. She’s going to make sure someone could come out & she’d call me back.Well, today’s 9/6 and still no communication.It’s been a month today since my call to them.Stress Free is not the right name, don’t trust it!Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

The workers were on time and Adriana (the foreman) was very helpful and professional the day of install. There was one hiccup/ misunderstanding with a repair but it was corrected within 48 hours. I asked them to fix a portion of my roof. The guy came out and suggested new gutters. When we got the new gutters, I again asked about replacing the sunken portion of roof over my porch. Excuses were made. I feel like they sold me something I didn't need vs fixing what I need. Now I have to find someone who can actually fix my roof. I wouldn't recommend.

This observation was recognizable beginning with the in-person consultation with Mr. Oeung.Mr. Oeung is a time-conscious man, and I appreciate this as time is short for most people these days. If he tells you he’s coming, he will keep his word. In comparison, too many other contractors promise to come out and never show up. Additionally, he returns calls - another rare occurrence these days.Another appreciative business gesture was the recommendation of interest-free financing. Often consumers are unaware of all the great financing options available for a home improvement project. Mr. Oeung came well prepared with the right financial solution for my budget. And I must mention that he provided great samples and recommendations for a roof that will likely outlast my lifetime!In short, Mr. Oeung was helpful every step of the way. And I have tremendous gratitude for the owner, Mr. Vela, as well. He arrived and joined Mr. Oeung to inspect the new, beautiful roof and clarify every detail regarding it. They both took time and showed me pictures of the process - from start to finish. As a homeowner, I appreciate their honesty and willingness to provide evidence of the work done rather than tell me anything. I just got my roof recently replaced and am very satisfied with the service that Arodi, Julian, Paula, and the rest of the team provided. They were very timely in scheduling a visit to provide a free inspection. Communication was always prompt and superb. The price was reasonable. They were very friendly, responsive, and understanding. On the day of the job, the team came out at about 6:15am on a Saturday! The roof looks great and they did a nice job cleaning up. He took his time to walk me through his recommendation and thoroughly answered all of my questions (he even identified other minor issues with my roof that he fixed for no charge). It is quite literally a stress free experience. The original roof didn’t have decking. It was old and curling. As a first time home buyer I’m not at all versed in roof and gutter installation so I had to rely on gut and business knowledge. The company’s superstar, Arodi, is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. I had the roof inspected by 4 or 5 companies and Stress Free was the best by a mile. He provided details. The process was quick. I received the quote at the inspection. The other companies weren’t even close. He educated me on all my options and the added benefits. This is a great company. They were here at 7 am ready to work. Our poor roof was in terrible shape and needed to be cut out in places and they were done in a day. The guys that came out were very professional and did their jobs well. Our neighbors commented that they didn't even hear them replacing our entire roof. Arodi is very nice and professional and a pleasure to work with. Our roof looks great and we are also using Stress Free for our new gutters. ****UPDATE **** Stress free came back to install our new gutters and they did a fantastic job. Our new red roof/black gutter combo looks incredible. If looks like a totally different house.
