3 Kings was one of the best service oriented company I have ever worked with. They were prompt, professional, and very helpful in providing the information for the many questions I had. They worked with my insurance company with the same manner of professionalism, I even got a positive remark from the insurance adjuster. This will be the third roof I have had to replace in as many homes, and this time it was actually a great experience. Thank you 3 Kings for going above and beyond, and making this a experience to share with everyone I know!

If I could give zero stars I would. These people came into my community like sales men searching for a victim. Many of my neighbors had to have roofing done due to some bad weather. They asked me once and I said no. Once I saw my neighbors doing theirs then I let them look at mine. The sales guy Josh has a slick tongue and convinced me to move forward (worst decision of my life). Long story short the job had to be re-done. Note they use sub contractors not employees of their company. That being the case, they can make a wrong situation right, but the customer service was poor after signing up. They will harass the hell out of you for payment as if you are writing a check and not the insurance company! They also try and collect alot of extra money on the backend with additional insurance claims which ultimately will increase your home owners insurance in the long run. If you know what’s best for you just stay away. I wish I had went with the company my neighbors used.
