Great equipment, on time, hard working, professional group of 9 workers replaced my roof. Tarps spread over lawn and shrubbery around house. Crew Arrived at 645am left about 8 pm. Back day 2 for details and final cleanup. Highly recommend. Call the office and ask for an appt for estimate with Brad Holbrook. He is great at what he does and best of all personable and a straight shooter who will give you an estimate and ask you to call if you decide to choose Chastain. No hard sell. Brad does on site follow up after the roofing project is complete. Office staff is helpful with scheduling and info. Great company to do business with.Service: Roof installation

When storms sailed through, they dropped their hail like poo. All the neighbors were getting new roofs so I stopped and chatted with Mr. Dale with Chastain. He was repairing a neighbors home. Now Dale . . . he has worked the industry (and local - not a fly by night guy) for decades, and I knew he built others up around him when he said, “I drive the dump trucks . . . And you better talk with Brad our sales guy. Chastain did a great job with our roof. Their estimate was in line with other roofers in this area. The roof was done in one day and they left behind no nails. The GAF shingles look great. After a hailstorm, I called Chastain because my family has always used them for their roofs, and I am so glad I did. We ended up working with Brad, who was a wonderful point of contact and organizer. He always took my concerns seriously, provided professional and sound advice and perspective, and he was always accessible - on time - and thorough. The office staff was incredibly helpful and communicative as well. Everything happened on time, early, and was done right. They handled it all, and I really just wrote checks and made a few calls. They also worked directly with my insurance company and sent them all the documents and invoice and amendments and photos they needed. Took that completely off my plate. I would and will choose them again every time. They also helped replace some siding and fix some issues we knew we had already, and they helped us update and improve the look of our home. Call them immediately if you want the best service and best work. I’d you don’t, then call someone else and enjoy dealing with all the stress. I hope you never have hail damage but if you do Brad is the one to call! Not being from Georgia we did not realize the extent of the damage from the hail storm. Brad came out right away to inspect our roof and let us know that it needed to be fully replaced. Brad then met with the insurance adjuster at our house and then literally handled everything for us from working with the insurance company to the full roof replacement to installing new gutters, downspouts and garage doors.Brad and Chastain were great to work with, they did a beautiful job on the roof and we were also thrilled with the new gutters and garage doors they arranged for us. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and flexible with the work schedule. She has a very kind voice and is so helpful. I have also spoken to Ari on the phone and he has been a great help also. When he says I'll check on that for you and call you back he does just that. Brad comes out and inspects, advises and answers your questions. He is very knowledgeable and honest. You know that you can trust his ability to do the job and he really knows what he's doing. Chastain Roofing has performed repair work for myself and family members before, so they were my first call for my latest need to have a gutter upsized.Brad was punctual, personable, and knowledgeable when he arrived to perform the assessment. I felt his bid was fair/competitive, so I did not bother getting a second quote elsewhere. I was so pleased I asked him to quote additional work (which I approved).The work was performed when I was unavailable, so Brad offered to return for a walkthrough if desired (which I took advantage of). We had an amazing experience with Chastain Roofing. From the first contact with Brad for the estimate until the final inspection, the whole team was professional, and also a pleasure to work with. Dale, Brad, and the entire team went above and beyond to help us through a tough time replacing our roof. As the owner, Dale was on the job regularly for hours at a time, ensuring everything was going smoothly. Brad sold us the roof, but he was also on the job daily working hard and ensuring everything went as he had promised. Elio installed our roof and he was extremely polite, professional, and did amazing work. Every time I had a question, I either had a direct line to Brad, or Ari was in the office, ready to take my questions, and ensure they were answered appropriately. From start to finish this was a great company to work with. Their administrative staff, sales staff, and roofing staff all were engaged and professionally. My new roof only took one day to install. It was a great relief that they send out the salesman after for inspection and comment. It was also great the day before that the office staff contacted me to review the before and after engagement and what to expect. Can’t say enough great things about this company and Brad my salesman.They may not be the cheapest but they’re definitely the best.
