I called jackrabbit roofing just a couple of hours ago after two other roofers flaked out on us over the course of three weeks. They came out within an hour of calling and inspected the roof and damages and gave us very objective information surrounding the repairs needed. they will be returning later this week to temporarily mend the issue until we can get a larger issue addressed. they seemed incredibly honest and trustworthy, which is difficult to find in a roofing contractor, let alone their punctuality. From start to finish just wow. I have to share my experience with y’all about this company. First off, efficient one word that encompasses all other words. They worked fast, their work was clear and concise. They were busy bees, the entire time focused on the quality of their work and the clean up was done beautifully. Our roof & gutters went from dull to beautiful. Suggestions were given based off of our needs and were very much welcomed. We went from plain white gutters to black gutters/gutter guard + the eyelashes. The suggestion was one we did not think of and are so happy it was suggested to us.
