We just had our roof done by Live Oak Exteriors and we are so happy with the way it turned out and how smooth the process was with this company. Ashleigh was awesome at keeping us updated throughout the whole process and helping us file a claim with our insurance company. She was very helpful every step of the way. The day before installation Blake called and informed us about supplies- he even had his team drop them off a day early to get a head start. The day of he communicated with us and provided us pictures and updates on the process and how it all was going. He was very helpful as well and made sure we had no concerns during the process! Blake and Ashleigh definitely made this a smooth and easy process for us and were willing to work around our work schedules as well. We are very thankful that Live Oak showed up on our door step and helped us get such a wonderful deal on a beautiful new roof! After the hail storm this year we had numerous company representatives knocking on our door and leaving literature. Nate from Live Oak Exteriors was one of the last Reps to stop by. He was very professional and customer friendly. He was always on time for appointments that we set. He explained all details of product that was offered. Blake, the Project Manager was excellent as well! He was very professional. During the installation of the roof Blake kept us informed of each step of the process by sending photos of what was being done on the roof. The roof was installed in one day! We are very pleased with the beautiful final product...a black architectural shingle roof with black gutters! Great Job Nate and Blake!!

Don Janik came and inspected my roof and found all the damage. Worked hard with insurance to get everything rolling. He was very professional. Jalen handled my claim in a very professional manner. Jalen made a video while on my roof, indicating the wind damage he found. He explained the process of filing my claim and assisted with all the paperwork. The transaction was smooth and professional. Blake was the Supervisor on the job during the process of replacing my new roof. He insured that his workers were safe, took necessary breaks on the day that temperatures reach well above 90 degrees and completed the work in a outstanding manner. Don, the rep who came out to my home was very thorough in his presentation and review of my roof replacement, patient, did not rush through his assessment and explanation of how my roof would be replaced, showed me a video of the various layers of the roof replacement,Encouraged questions and thoroughly answered all my questions. Nate was my Sales guy and did a wonderful job explaining how everything was laid out from start to finish. He kept in close contact in case I had any questions. The office did a great job with my insurance company as far as sending in the proper paperwork and following up on it. They handled any small issues that came up. The roof was fine. They aren’t giving me the interior money the adjuster said I’d get. They seem to think they get all of that. I’ve constantly battled this. I’d never get a roof like this again. There would be a serious quote. No roofer contacting insurance company.

My sales man Ortagus was awesome. The entire process was seamless from checking the roof, being available when the insurance company arrived and constantly checking in with the progress. Eduardo the project manager was just as nice. They arrived to repair the roof the same day I had to be out of town but I received constant updates and pictures of the progress. He offered to come back when I returned to walk me through all that was done. I absolutely recommend Live Oak for your roofing needs.
