Getting my new roof was a very painless process because of Northpoint Roofing. They came out inspected my roof, found hail and wind damage and showed me. I made my claim with my insurance and within a week or two Northpoint Roofing was putting on my new roof. I picked a color and set a date. Colby, the project manager kept me well informed and updated during the entire process. He was very prompt and informative. He has been a great help the entire time and even after the roof was installed. Thank you so much Northpoint Roofing for the awesome service!

Northpoint Roofing is by far the best. Brad Hornsby went over everything in detail. Project Manager, Colby Box, explained the entire process in advance, as well. The job went smoothly. The roofers very courteous and extremely professional. Brad went above and beyond beforehand to ensure that I would be satisfied with the job, from the roof colors, to delivery, and install date.Colby touched base throughout the job and was here for final walk around. I can't imagine that there is a more professional or knowledgeable team anywhere!! Thank you Brad and Colby, and Northpoint Roofing for a seamless experience!!

I can’t say enough good things about this company and my experience. JD and Colby were awesome to work with and they took care of me every step of the way. They weren’t pushy, they were very knowledgeable, and happy to help in any way. The roof install was seamless. Everything was done in a day and everything was completely cleaned up when they left. The roof looks great. I am very pleased with the work that was done. If you need to get a new roof, I highly recommend this company.

We have been very pleased with Northpoint Roofing Systems, beginning with the drone photos that showed hail damage, coordinating with the insurance company for roof replacement, and then completing a total roof replacement. Under the supervision of the project coordinator, Patrick Abernathy, a crew of twenty persons installed a new roof under very windy conditions within a few hours. They took extra care to protect landscaping and cleanup was excellent. Communication from the company has been exceptional. We can highly recommend this company.

I can’t say enough great things about Northpoint! Chad Page, my sales rep, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure he could help me. He was easy to communicate with, helped me get a great deal, and made sure I was informed and knew my options. The definition of the perfect salesman that was never pushy, but instead left me informed and comforted knowing that I was getting the best warranty and service along with the best product.The day of the install was so smooth. The crew was phenomenal, clean, and professional - but I have to also shout out Colby Box the project manager. He texted me early in the week exactly what to expect the day of the install, and it was right on the money. The day of, he was there the whole day keeping me informed, walking me around, and giving me an honest assessment of my roof and property. I felt like I had people that really cared about making sure my roof was solid to protect my home, and I know I got the best warranty and product possible. Can’t recommend them enough!!!

Our project manager Colby made the entire process run so smooth! He answered all my questions, and concerns and went over the policy with great detail. During the installation, he made multiple trips to my property to make sure everything was going as planned and even checked in 2 weeks after installation was complete. We had hail damage recently on our roof. My salesperson Arik, the job foreman Patrick ,the office contact Kristi, all the roofing personnel including those whose sole purpose was to protect my property and to clean up, and the gutter crew were all extremely professional and courteous. I could not have asked for a better result. They handled everything with the insurance and had my roof replaced in one day.

Great overall experience with Northpoint Roofing Systems. We had roof damage from a hail storm. Chris was fantastic in getting the ball rolling with the roof inspection and guiding us though the insurance claim process, as well as the quote for the project and all the details. Our project manager Patrick was great at install. His crew was very professional, on time, great installation of the roof and clean up during and afterwards. Both Chris and Patrick had great communication leading up to and on the day of the installation. I was very happy with the job Northpoint Roofing did on my home. They did everything thing they said they would do. It was easy to coordinate the different jobs (paint, gutter, roof). Northpoint re-roofed my house with a great crew and project manager. The job was well discussed in advance with sales and support teams as it involved both a shingled and low-slope rolled roof section where a skylite needed to be removed along with some soft plywood. I also needed some code update work at my chimney and drip edge all around. Due to the complexity I opted for the 25 year warranty upgrade which provides me leak proof peace of mind for both labor and materials. Everything looks good thus far! We were referred to Northpoint Roofing by one of our neighbors. We contacted his sales rep, Luke Damron, and he answered all our questions, explained the whole process and was very helpful.The project manager, Patrick Abernathy, was here the entire day of the roof install. Matt Mangan was our project manager for our new roof installation. He was great and his crew was amazing! They showed up earlier than expected and finished when they said they would. They cleaned up beautifully. Matt then walked us around our house pointing important things out and made a non-roof related suggestion on bringing other things up to code and extending the life of our siding.
