Great experience! Tim took the time to get on my roof and perform a detailed inspection, which another contractor did not. He was patient with my questions and earned my business by being thorough and describing the process. The outstanding work of the crew was something to behold! Tony and William handled the install of my new roof that had some storm/wind damage. They worked with my insurance company and made the process extremely easy for me. More importantly the roof install was phenomenal with top quality materials. No corners were cut! The crew was in and out in one day including doing an excellent job cleaning up the job site. This company is harassing my elderly mother. They showed up at her house unannounced and proceeded to go up on the roof without permission. When she told them she did not want anyone on the roof, two men went up onto the roof anyway. They had previously contacted her about taking pictures with a drone, which she reluctantly allowed. When they asked to send the pictures to her, she said no; she has a new roof. They still called and said there was no damage, everything looked good with the roof. There was no reason for them to show up today and go on the roof after she directly told them not to. If they show up again, I will be contacting the police.

This roofing company installed a new roof on my neighbors house yesterday. They left trash from their lunch all over the place. I took a short walk around my yard and I found 6 different pieces of trash. Cups, napkins, sauce packs. It’s not hard to throw away your trash. Also, they used zero safety gear while on her roof. I would steer clear of this company and find one that pays more attention to detail.

Daylan was great from start to finish and worked with me to get the best possible roof at an affordable price. They negotiated with my insurance and when it came time to replace the roof they were prompt and had the entire roof replaced by 5 pm same day! The owner came out to the job multiple times to make sure his workers were doing a good job and their cleanup was incredible. Everything from top to bottom was a pleasantly professional experience. Derek, our consultant was very knowledgeable about the products and the process - he left my husband and I feeling confident that we chose the right company to handle our roof job. Every question was answered quickly and professionally throughout the entire process. The roofers came out at 6am on the dot and finished the job before sundown as promised. We also got our interior rooms that sustained water damage painted as well. Both roofers and painters we quick, efficient, pleasant and delivered exceptional work. We Recently experienced some storm damage late at night. While the rain was pouring we knew we needed to get someone out quickly to tarp the roof. No one wanted to come out in a middle of a storm to help, until Joel Payne from Roof Tech returned my call and sent William Gomez to the rescue. I do want to share a review of two young men being representatives of Roof Tech. Trevor and Tristain Whigham came to my house to inspect my roof as I could see some areas compromised from storms here in the Oxford Alabama area. Trevor and Tristain completed their inspection and confirmed that my roof was severely damaged. These young men are professionals, they explained what was going on with my roof, explained what the process of getting a new roof installed and showed courtesy and respect to me all through the process. These two young men referred to me as Mr. Martin, responded to my questions with a yes sir or no sir and listened to me talk for at least 45 minutes and gave me their full attention. Roof Tech has employees that truly wants to serve their clients and I experienced this with full satisfaction. Ask for William Gomez, at RoofTech, right off the bat! Let me start by saying that I am in construction and I do a lot of my own repairs and work on my home. I am very OCD and picky about my own work, to a fault sometimes. With that in mind, I'm nervous about hiring contractors because I want a job done as thorough as I would do it myself. William Gomez and the RoofTech crew just finished tearing off the old roof and installing a new roof on my home. I have never been more satisfied. William and Cliff, the project manager, without hesitation, did everything I asked of them. Their crew arrived on time this morning, finished this evening, and left my yard much cleaner than when they arrived. I literally had to tell them the cleanup was good enough. Im not sure what else they could have swept, blown, or picked up. I was here all day and saw what they did, from the roof decking up, and I know what a good roofing job is, functionally and aesthetically. This is a great roof job. I dont write very many reviews, certainly not one this long, but I am so impressed with these guys and their work. If you need a new roof, roof repairs, etc. call RoofTech. William worked with me and my insurance company for 5 months. He came out several times and made videos of why they couldn't do a patch job like insurance wanted. After it was all said and done, my insurance covered it. Heres is a couple of pictures before they were completely done but, before they left, they even painted the vent pipe to match. Everyone knows that nowadays it’s REALLY hard to find a reliable, transparent and diligent contractor, so when you find one, you need to make sure everyone knows about them. I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Charlie! Charlie came to inspect my house and he was exceptional from the initial inspection until the completion of the roof replacement. We had a hail storm back in May and I had several calls from roofers wanting to inspect my roof. I don't like using someone I don't know. I had the pleasure of working with the owner of RoofTech on another matter and I found him trustworthy and professional. I asked him if he would send someone to inspect our roof and of course he was happy to help. William came to our home and inspected the roof and we had enough damage to warrant another roof. From there, William took charge and everything went smoothly from dealing with my insurance company to the installation of our roof. William went over every detail and stayed in touch before, during, and after the roof was installed. They did a beautiful job and clean up was exceptional.
