I don't even know where to start. I'm a return customer at RV Roof Install. In 2020 I had a travel trailer that needed a roof replacement. I called the shop on a Saturday expecting to leave a message and get a call back the following week. Even though they were closed, Joe picked up the phone and answered my questions. They eventually replaced the roof on that coach and did an amazing job.I recently bought a 5th wheel and caught a limb which damaged my roof. My first call was to Joe. Despite the obvious signs of physical damage to the roof, my insurance company didn't want to cover the damage. It was only because of Joe and Kim's persistence that my insurance company decided to pay the claim. Not only did they replace the roof, they also repaired some other issues that they found in the process.My experiences with RV Roof Install have been nothing but stellar. Their work is 2nd to none and their customer service is even better than that. They are the best at what they do and their lifetime warranty backs that up. I highly recommend RV Roof Install. Google doesn't have enough stars to give them an accurate rating.

I had taken my RV to four places to get an estimate on a roof replacement all within same price to do the work then taken it to RV Roof Install and after inspection and talking to the gentleman who does the installation on RV Roofs our conversation I notice how knowledgeable he was about roofs but carpentry overall also in wood working. If you want quality work in a roof Install and exceptional understanding the structural knowledge of Rv's I strongly suggest going to this company. As RVers it was worth every dollar knowing I had a solid roof on the trailer and structurally sound. Thank you Rv Roof Install for exceptional job.

I have the same complaints as William Herndon. Joe V. Has responded to me in the same manner as he responded to William, By blaming me for the leaks and denying that the new roof was at fault.I sent a demand letter to Joe V which cost me 500.00, asking him to make me whole by return my money and he responded by accusing me of scamming him LOL.....I paid $11,000.00 to this company and I have more leaks than before he worked on it. In that amount I paid 325.00 to fix one of my air conditioners that worked just fine when the coach was delivered to him but did not when he put it back on.He wants me to bring it back to him but every time I take it to his shop it comes back with more scratches which of course he denies. The scaffolding banged up against the coach causing deep marks on the sides. Every time I took it up for him to look at the leaks he caulks something, ran a hose on the roof and thinks it fixed the leak and the next rain it leaks in the same spot. All his caulking and fixes did not work. Then he told me to have the caulk redone all the way around the seams of the coach because it was coming loose. He said he could do it for 1,600.00. I said okay and he used a metal tool to scrap it out and gouged the paint all the way around the coach also the caulk was not done right. When I sent him picture he said yes that is not a good job and returned my money but insisted that I have it done when I get the Florida which I did and just as I thought it did nothing all the leaks were the same on the next rain. He tell me and try to fix things and it does not fix it. I do no wish to follow his instruction anymore. It just cost me more money and does not work.It will take to much money to take this to court. He wins. I loss a lot.What a shame, I was promised a leakproof roof and I paid for that - but did not get it. He and the gal in the office did a heck of a selling job on how perfect his roofs is.By the way every RV repair shop that has looked at this roof just stand there scratching their head and I have taken it to 3 different dealerships.BUYER BEWARE.

I usually wait at least a year before I post a review. In January 2019 RV Roof Install replaced the roof and performed a back wall rebuild on my 2015 Keystone Hideout. The owner, Joe, posted a YouTube Video on his website of the whole process so I was able to see "behind the wall" of the work completed. I have taken my trailer back in for both the one month inspection in Feb 2019 and in January 2020 for my first year inspection. In addition I have had one instance where minor damage was inflicted on the roof at a fault of mine. After one year of usage and service, I can comfortably state that the level of service, quality of materials, attention to detail, warranties, and satisfaction RV Roof Install provides cannot be matched by any similar roof installer or trailer service organization of which I am aware. His process, products, and warranty should be an industry standard. AND THEY ARE PRICE COMPETITIVE!!! I would recommend this organization to anyone. No matter where you live, it is worth the drive and wait to have this company service your recreational trailer or RV.

I had my roof redone here after a previous contractor had messed up and I was faced with extensive water damage. The work done was top notch. Joe, the owner, was both personable and professional, and went far beyond his obligations. He offered me shelter to work on my RV in the case I had no accommodation since I was mid cross-country trip. Thankfully this was not needed. He also gave me plenty of advice and helped me to seal my side-windows at no charge. I waited to leave this review until the work was battle tested and I'm happy to say it's holding up perfectly in the relentless Florida rains. A happy thanks from a satisfied customer and a strong recommendation to anyone looking.

Though I did not use their business, I reached out to them to understand about having them repair a Class C for me. Quick response and asked if it made sense, given the year and likely value of the RV as well as giving me a ballpark number for the requested repair. Much appreciated! BEWARE as soon as your motorhome or trailer is moved the warranty will be void. GAF will not cover any structure that moves. Contacted Joe and asked for a quote with a real warranty and was told by him to go elsewhere. BEWARE of fake reviews (5 stars but no comments)

I was so glad to have my new roof installed. I had one little issue recently and Joe asked me to bring it right in. After I had them take care of it I haven't had any more problems. They got right on it and got it fixed.
