In 2022 we purchased a red iron 30’ x 50‘ building from SteelCo Buildings. We worked with Clint to procure the contract and package cost. He was great to work with and had answers to all of our questions pertaining to additional features and recommendations. His information was useful in maintaining our cost allowances. Following the purchase of the building, we worked more closely with Brad on the changes we had decided on after the purchase. Brad worked very closely with us on cost changes. He was instrumental in working closely with the manufacturer to expedite the building changes without impacting outside peripheral cost changes. Clint was very helpful in securing contractors to perform various subcontract activities such as concrete foundation and building erection. We are very happy with the building and feel we got our moneys worth and appreciate the efforts from both Clint and Brad on achieving our goals.

I have completed over half a dozen jobs with SteelCo and am continually impressed, relieved, and thankful with the customer service we have received when ordering and erecting their buildings. Brandon has always been responsive no matter the day of the week, time of day/night, or method of technology. We will continue to utilize SteelCo for storage buildings - both drive up and climate control for the near future.

When I first started looking into building companies, everyone is quick to getting you a quote but not everyone treats you with the respect and professionalism that SteelCo has done. I chose SteelCo because it didn't feel like a "sales guy" calling me and making me rush into something. When I told them I would think about it and let them know, they sounded like I was wasting their time. I made what felt like a thousand changes to my building and kept having SteelCo re-quote but they never sounded upset or made me feel like I was wasting their time and that is the service I am more than happy to pay for. Thank you again for the great service. I will 100% be using you again for future builds!

SteelCo helped us build our dream barndominium. We explained what we wanted for our building and they exceeded our expectations! Our building is 80 x 100 with living quarters inside, we had excellent help in planning as well as some great suggestions by the SteelCo team. All SteelCo team members we spoke with were extremely professional and responsive, which made the whole process smooth sailing. We would happily build another with them and recommend them to anyone looking to build any sort of building.

ordered two buildings through Brandon. Told me to go on Trac-Rites website to pick the color. Go off the color chip not the name as the name that was closest to my color was teal. I needed hunter green/evergreen to match a current building and brand of doors. Erecting company was putting doors on and they're teal no where close to evergreen/hunter green. After two weeks of arguing Trac-Rite and Steel co will pay for new parts on the door to get them to the darker green I wanted to match. But I have to pay $9,674 to the erecting company for the labor. If I could give them a negative star I would. Salesman never sent me a color sample for the doors just the tin. Was told to go off the website for the doors. Now it'll cost me almost 10k or keep them. Trac-Rties website is way off on the teal color sample also. Employees even admitted that the colors need to be updated on there own website. Trac Rite has also stated now that the colors may very from the colors on the site. Trac-Rite and Steel CO. will not support that they screwed up. I don't do this for a living they do. I trusted that they knew how the process should go since they do this everyday. I will not support them again.

If you are trying to decide on buying a metal building look NO FURTHER! I researched for months and Cody is the MAN. There was no pressure and he accommodated my every request. Not only was I treated with respect and patience but I also got a fabulous deal and he was an endless source of information. Cody isn't just a salesman that sold the building and was gone. He is knowledgeable of all aspects of the building from start to finish. He knows how they are constructed and knew what I was talking about when we ran into a snag when erecting it. The level of professionalism we received from Steel Co. was off the charts from the quote process to the special delivery of our custom doors. I was ALWAYS able to get someone on the phone and every question was answered immediately and they satisfied ever need we had. This was a huge investment for us and spending this kind of money in itself was a very hard thing. I am so thankful we chose them to buy our building from and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. I truly don't feel as if any other company would have given us as good as a product with the level of service we received from start to finish. Two thumbs up is an understatement for Cody Marks and his crew. I highly recommend them!

This my second building from Steelco. Brad worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. It was delivered right on time. Everything was there to erect the building. Blueprints were excellent. Brad called me and keep me updated on the progress of getting the building and after delivery also to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely use them again. Cody Marks was a great salesman until we signed the contract...then it was pulling teeth to get a response. They missed recording a payment we made on the building, didn't notify us of deliveries. Once we got the building, bends were wrong, items were missing, quality was so so. Spoke with the owner a few times but then he stopped responding. We ordered a 50 x 90 building as our home. They should just stick with commercial cookie cutter buildings.

My building is the very first steel building and the process went very smooth with SteelCO. . The product looks and operates very well. It all started with the suggestions for what I wanted an the end result is excellent. The really big surprise for me was that after they had their money and delivery was completed they continued to follow-up and answer questions I had. Being that they were remote from my location was a concern. However, I am happy to have gone with them. The price and quality was what i waned and what i got for a final product from them. They connected me with the contractor who put it all together. I hired my own local concrete operation and that was successful as well.
