We had an absolutely great experience. Friendly and professional office staff, the scheduling, the early delivery, and the installation crew were top drawer. We were so pleased at the quality of the structure! Highly recommend this metal Works company in Pelham Georgia. Thank you again Sun Belt you made my husband very happy with the carport structure. Hope to do business with you again.

First impressions mean a lot. Unprofessional business is very frustrating! It’s a waste of time and money. This business intentionally behaves unprofessionally. Being that they are the only metal roofing business in Pelham Georgia; as a customer you may feel compel to shop here. Their focus is on attracting customers but are not able to retain customers. They rely on hidden policy to make a profit. This business advertises low prices but hide their rudeness and unprofessionalism over the phone. On Tuesday February 7,2022, I tried explaining to the manager in a very calm and professional tone, her employee ordered the wrong metal roofing for my company. She hung up in my face. I was baffle, that someone running a business would be so rude. I called the local police department, to perhaps speak with the company. Of course, being it was a civil issue; he has limited to what he could and could not do. A customer should never experience such behavior. I’m confident this was not their first time with such behavior. Contractors take your money where Exceptional customer service is the company’s key focus. Great customer service should be FREE, sadly to say it’s not. I would never shop with this company again.
