They worked with me on financing options, as I was in the middle of a mortgage refi, and the crew did great work. New roof looks great, and the price was fair.

We had such a good experience with South shore roofing. After having some high winds we lost over half of our shingles on a three-year-old home (I will not mention the homebuilder). It has been 5 years since our new roof and have not lost one shingle!!! Since then, we have even experienced higher winds. The crew did amazing work. They kept their work area neat and clean and after finishing they spent time cleaning around the house getting up nails and other debris that comes with roof replacement. The experience was very positive from start to finish. They even check on us after 5 years. what company does that? It just shows how much they care about their customers. We highly recommend these South Shore Roofing.

Crews were on time and job was finished on time and they were very neat with trash and debris. The owner communicated all detail with my insurance company and all the billing was exactly as quoted. They have continued to follow up afterwards to make sure all the work was holding up. They are a good company to work with and I will recommend them to anyone who needs roofing services.

The guys came with the shingles at the time they said the day before and the following day they were there bright n early as they promised. It took them a couple of days as expected. They worked well n were good with cleaning up after themselves. The job was completed in a timely manner. Final clean up was done and it was an excellent job. Would certainly recommend this roofing company. The guy that was very helpful from start to finish was Brett. He did whatever was necessary to go back n forth between his men and my daughter in law who is very happy with the final outcome.Service: Roof installation

Shouth Shore Roofing was fantastic! Brett was very thorough when he gave us our inspection. He also made sure to cover a leak we had with a tarp to prevent further damage before they could replace the roof. He answered all of our questions and didn’t try to upsell any additional items. The day of installation the employees were very timely and efficient. They cleaned up everything! We did not find any pieces of shingles or debris in our yard after they left. We called South Shore Roofing to replace our roof after seeing so many of their signs in our neighborhood. Brett came out an addressed the situation, he was very polite and professional. When the guys came out to replace our roof they were fast and the roof was complete the same day in a few hours. They cleaned up behind themselves and left everything as we had it. I contacted South shore roofing because I had roof rot , Damage and missing shingles. The sales team was able to come out even on the weekend to accommodate my schedule and assess the roof and go over all payment options available. They made it easy for me to choose the right program for payment and get a new roof underway. The roofing team showed up a few weeks later and jumped right on the job and got it done in one day, very impressive. The whole team was working all together on this project letting me know updates and sending pictures along the way of the process. This company is BAD A**!!!. They were on top of any and all issues that came around. If I had a question it was all ready answered before I could ask it. There were 3-4 different people that would call me to inform me of "What, when and why" something was going to happen to keep me in the loop of things. Again, I did not have to ask any questions. The workman ship and customer service is awesome and this is from someone who is Retired from the Airforce and pays ATTENTION to ALL details. They did a great job. They we're on time, efficient, did a great job from beginning to end. My yard is heavily landscaped, and I have a pool. They were very careful around my plants, flowers, and pool. They did an excellent job cleaning up during and after. My roof looks wonderful! Staff was very polite, and easy to work with. They even helped me with my insurance claim. Overall wonferful to work with. Would definitely reccomend them for roof work.
