Originally Mr. Sirmans gave me an estimate of $3500-$4500 over the phone. He came out to the house and told me where he would put it. He said it would be towards the $3500 side. After obtaining the permit, that was drawn up exactly where he said, I called him to set up a plan. I called him multiple times & he couldn't give me an exact time or day. He showed up today. Didn't call or anything. Showed up, went right to work, tore the yard all to hell, & then proceeded to charge me $1350 more than he quoted! Get it in writing folks! I really thought Mr. Sirmans was a good honest man. He's just a rip off like everyone else. I only gave his business 1 star because it wouldn't let me post with 0 stars.
