I needed a pre purchase inspection on my new (to me) house in Pembroke, GA. I arrived a couple of minutes early for my appointment, and Mark was already setting up and working. He stayed longer than he said he would, because he wanted to do a thorough job. He also spent a way long time explaining what he was seeing when I asked questions. The professionalism and hard work were both impressive, and the report was long and detailed, with LOTS of supporting photos and references. I highly recommend Mark for a great home inspection!
