We had to have this roof really fast, and Chad was so easy to work with. He was first to call me back, and they did our roof and cleaned up in one day. It took some time for the permit to get approved from the county, but it all happened just in time for the buyers of our house to see that beautiful roof being installed. Great service, great price. Was very satisfied from the estimate to the final completion /cleanup. Chad was very professional and represented his company well. The price was very fair in my opinion without any pressure. The crew was excellent and worked very hard. I have done a fair amount ot manual labor but theses guys were next level. They finished 3 buildings in 12 hours and cleaned up like they were never there. Would highly recommend them if you want excellent craftsmanship, warranty, and great overall service. Well done guys!!!! 10 out of 10.

Although we were not familiar with DBM Roofing, we saw their billboard near our home in Waynesville, NC and gave them a call. We chose DBM Roofing because of their availability to answer our many questions and help in choosing the appropriate products in replacing our complex residential roof. Our roof has a standard pitch that joins with an extensive low slop0e section and flat sections--all of which required different products and workmanship. All of this plus the installation of four large skylights was completed within 2 days! Wes Webb took the time to explain the appropriate products and how the work would be done. He put everything down in a contract that we could understand. The site supervisor, Jerry Cottrill, shared photos with us of how all of this came together so well. The entire crew worked together from tear-off, installation, and cleanup very well and it was obvious they knew what they were doing! The integrity of DBM is apparent in their customer service, communication, and workmanship. Brandon, the project manager continuously commuticated every aspect of the job. The flashing around the chimney leaked during the following hard rain. The workmen did something to the flashing since then. It hasn't rained hard enough to say it won't leak. I will keep you posted.

My mom roof got partially damaged due to a storm.Brandon came out and put a tarp up that he bought so that the water from the rain wouldn't go in house there was a big hole in the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. I thought this was a very nice young man to go out and do this.The crew was very friendly. We recently hired DBM Roofing to replace our metal roof with shingles. Their representative, Reece Hamilton, was very friendly yet professional, and very knowledgeable about roofing products and the replacement process. He actually got up on our roof and inspected it before giving us his recommendation. He suggested a particular type of shingle (GAF Timberline HDZ) for our home, explained why he thought it was best, encouraged us to look the shingle up online, and let us know that he would answer any questions we might have before making a final decision. We had a few questions after he left and we were able to make contact with him quickly. Though it took a couple of weeks for us to get several quotes, each time we spoke with Reece there was no pressure to make a quick decision. His quote for the job was very competitive, especially considering the quality, life, and accompanying warranty of the shingle we would be getting. We also considered how impressed we were with Reece, his work ethic, and his assurance that he would be on site at some point each day during the job and that he was available by phone at any time to answer questions during the process. These details and the fact that DBM Roofing has verifiably been in existence for over 10 years influenced our decision to give DBM Roofing our business. The crew who did the removal and replacement was polite and respectful, and they did an excellent job. The only issue we had was that on the evening of the 2nd of 3 days of install there was more debris than we expected in our yard. However, that was quickly addressed the morning of the third day. At the end of day 3, we had a beautiful new roof and a spotless, nail-free yard! Reece once again climbed on the roof to give a final inspection. Thank you, Reece and DBM Roofing, for a job well done! We will heartily recommend you to others looking for quality, value, and excellent service when needing roofing services!

A leak in the roof was quickly diagnosed and damage to siding on the chimney was most of the problem. Although this repair included replacing siding and corner boards, painting and roof repairs it was all done quickly and professionally. The team even went to great lengths to find the siding needed which was not a standard size and all repairs were completed before the next rain storm which came the next day.Service: Roof repair

They even alerted us to some hidden water damage.
