Purchased a home under 10 years old. Homes of Integrity was the builder. Called them regarding poor construction on what I think is called a sill plate in the garage. Open hole allows rodents to gain access to my garage from the outside. Called and spoke to someone and he said he would call me back after I gave him the address. Never received a return call. Poor workmanship and they do not stand behind their construction. Do not recommend.

Home of Integrity have been wonderful to us! Very few issues and those were minor. We could not be happier! We have been in our home for over a year and have completed the one year walk though. No Issues of any consequence. The warranty process and the liaison person, could not have been more responsive and caring. This was not our first new home but it has been our best. I would tell anyone that if you are good buyer you get good service. Homes, like cars, are mechanical and sometimes things just break or go wrong. Don't panic! I guarantee you that the builder will want the problem fixed as much if not more than you!I would recommend Homes of Integrity to anyone! Jarred has been wonderful and as have been their subcontractors. We have no complaints!Jeffrey and Dayanne Writtenhouse

My husband and I recently bought a HOI home in Richmond Hill, GA and we absolutely love it! I have to commend Jarrod with the warranty department as he has gone above and beyond for us with all of our claims. It's refreshing and unusual when the builder will take this type of personal care. Chad and Jarrod have personally been out to our house to make sure all our warranty repairs were done correctly. I would recommend HOI to anyone who is looking for a new home.

My husband and I purchased our Savananh home from Homes of Integrity and I can't recommend this builder enough! They stand by their name "Integrity" and build quality homes and have excellent customer service. Working with Jarrod and Chad through warranty repairs was a seamless process, communication was great and everything was done in a timely manner. You’d be hard-pressed work with a better builder.

My husband and I moved to the Savannah area in 2015. With a very short notice and short timeline... Homes of Integrity made it possible for us to be settled into our new home. It's been 4 1/2 years and they STILL help us with any issues that we may run into from time to time. With the many builders that have built home in our area (and after talking with some of my neighbors.... Homes of Integrity is by far the best builder out here. Very thorough with their homeowners and leave no stone unturned. So many have complained of how their builders have kept them in the dark with random issues that could possibly happen within the first year of being a new home owner. Homes of Integrity gave us a month by month timeline of what to expect... as well as the do's and don't of how to settle into our home and we couldn't ask for better. I want to extend a great thanks and appreciation to John and Meghan and the rest of the team! We plan to do business again with them some day! Keep up the great work!!!

My husband & I moved to Savannah 4 months ago. I was very anxious in the entire relocation process, in having to move to a new city, find a home etc. Homes of Integrity made our homebuying completely worry free. From the owners (John & Meagan) to their phenomenal staff (Clay, Chad, Jarrod etc) and so many others, we were able to quickly settle into our beautiful home. They were and still are very attentive to any needs that have come up after moving into our home.

We have lived our house for two years now and we have been happy with it so far. Only thing I would complain about is they don’t ever finish fixing their warranty items. I’ve called an emailed numerous times in a year (for my one year warranty) and still after a year never got my rock on the exterior fixed (fell off) and my French doors that are poorly painted fixed. I get the same story everyone I call, they email the company to come out and it never happens. I would love to have them fixed.Update: we are finally getting our warranty items completed. There is a new person working the warranty.

This is the worst construction co. Their work is not done to code. They need to loose their license. The homes are unsafe.

I’ve been in my home for a year now and I’m still happy with my purchase. We got off to a rough start with warranty repairs last year and I decided to take a break from it for a while just to focus on other things. Toward the end of my year I resubmitted everything along with the new items, however I cringed at the thought of dealing the warranty department again. It was just that stressful. Waiting has turned out to be a blessing. Chad and Jarrod were very pleasant and made my walk through inspection a breeze. They offered helpful solutions to those items that are not covered by the warranty and got started right away on coordinating the repairs for the items that are covered. I am so grateful that these two motivated individuals are the ones helping me through this process. I would rate a 5 star had Chad and Jarrod been around a year ago. Thank you for providing outstanding customer service!

We had a bit of a rocky start with their old warranty coordinator being very unorganized and often non-responsive, but over the past few weeks have been in touch with Chad and the NEW warranty coordinator, Jarrod, several times. They are both awesome, incredibly helpful, and just very nice people to be around. We appreciate the work they are helping us get done!

Deal with this company was a nightmare. They are not an honest company. We purchased our house with the verbal agreement that they would fix a drainage problem on one side of the house. This never happened. We contacted their Warranty Office numerous times but they only dragged their feet for months until finally the one-year warranty was up and they told us… oh too bad but we can’t do anything now. We contacted the owners, The Mowrys, about the issue but they didn’t care. I contacted the Warranty office one more time, with proofs that this issue was addressed prior to closing during the inspection and that I filed a claim with their office months before the end of the one-year warranty was up but they told me to “feel free to pursue legal action”.In addition to this main issue, they took forever to complete the punch-list. We got caught between their office and their sub-contractors that did not want to complete items on the punch-list arguing that it was not their problem. We did not understand why we had to deal with sub-contractors when we bought the house from HOI no other people or companies. The customer shouldn’t get caught with third parties.Honestly, I do not recommend doing business with Homes of Integrity as they would not stand behind their word.

Very professional team from the front desk to the construction team. Our family is very happy with the job well done. If I can suggest a construction team this will be the one. I will recommend this professionals to everyone that is looking to make a new home anywhere. Closing team, lawyer and my super realtor Jeff made this process elemental and I save a lots of money. Kimberly thanks for all your help. At the time of the inspection the construction supervisor fix with no mistakes all the faults found by my inspector. Thanks everyone great job. Miguel A Rivera. Just an advise please submit all guaranties on time and pay attention to the briefing on last inspection with the construction supervisor, great person and gives a lot of information for you to take advantage. Hope you listen. Go with home of integrity construction team.

Quinnon Ralph Purvis· 6 hours agoBought our house in January 2017. It was a "spec" house that had been for sale for several months. Beautiful home on a small lake 4/3 1/2 with bonus.Gorgeous molding downstairs and large closets in bedrooms. Just didn't notice there was only ONE linen closet in the whole house. Now I notice that a lot of their models don't have any. The problem really isn't the house. It's the company behind it. I started submitting my warranty work in February of 2017. You have a year to get it done. Any paint or wallboard work like nail pops, they advise you to wait until the last month because that sub will only come once. What they don't tell you is that the paint won't match after a year and you guessed it, they don't guarantee paint that doesn't match. So now I have a light beige ring around my master bath ceiling and large squares of mis-matched paint around my house that Homes of Integrity says is my problem. As for the other repairs, people came out 3 times and took pictures in the next 11 months but nothing was done until February 2018 , one month after my year was up. I made numerous calls and was told how hard it was to get subs back out to do warranty work after a year, to which I replied that the repairs that needed to be done were all submitted within the first 3-6 months of buying the house. They have 2 employees that are excellent. John (supervisor of building) and Jason L. The were very attentive to detail and did what they could to get things done. If everyone at HOI was as conscientious as these two men, I might have been able to rate the company higher.Unfortunately we're left having to hire a painter to come in and repair warranty work that we feel HOI should have stood behind. So I posted this review on Homes of Integrity and got a reply that I had the wrong company. It said they were a new company just started in 2017. And then I was blocked from responding. They are trying to disassociate themselves from each other. That's what they call Integrity? I knew that they had changed their company name to Integrity Real Estate but there were still homes like mine that were built under the name of Homes of Integrity.

We moved to Savannah a year ago and stayed in a motel for almost two weeks while looking for a place to rent. After looking at numerous places we found the perfect new construction townhome community through homes of integrity. The rental coordinator, Michaeline, went above and beyond to get us in to a home quickly and out of that motel room. In the year that we lived there we never had issues with the home or the community. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and low key. The townhome has all the upgrades not usually found in a rental: upgraded flooring, granite counters throughout, washer/dryer hookups, attic storage and a garage and driveway for the cars. After a year we purchased a home and moved. Our move out went smoothly with only expected charges of light cleaning and carpet cleaning of the unit. I would definitely recommend living here if you are Looking to rent a townhome in a wonderful area.

This builder fails in every opportunity they are given to impress. So much so that the majority of the five star reviews on here are from employees and from friends who don't even own homes built by this builder. Our repair requests started within two hours of closing. That's how ridiculous this company is. When there are serious flaws, this builder will make a million excuses, empty promises, and schedules contractors who reschedule repeatedly, only in the end to never show up. If they do show up, the repair is never repaired. The 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, check out their google reviews, they're based out of Denver, CO, their reviews speak for themselves. The HOA is flat broke. The HOA was given a big mess with no funding, and they are the third or fourth HOA in just three short years. It's honestly like the HOA management company has thrown their hands in the air and walked away. Each year dues go up and amenities disappear. The ones that are still available, have constant issues and are down on a regular basis. This isn't just the neighborhood we live in, it's in many of the neighborhoods Homes of Integrity are involved in. Really do your research on this builder and on the owners. We so wish we would have. Here's what we were left to replace in our home, and within the first two years of purchase, which we purchased brand new from Homes of Integrity. Every inch of flooring, every inch of wall paint, all bathroom fixtures, closet fixtures, we hired an electrician, a plumber, and the HVAC had to be repaired twelve times in three years.Just an FYI: The owners of Homes of Integrity also owns Integrity Realty.

I have had very mixed experiences with HOI since I purchased a home with them. Prior to closing they were very responsive, but they had a lot of issues with warranty matters after closing. Houses settle, it creates unforeseen problems that builders can not control, but the responsiveness of a company is controllable. For two years I struggled to get HOI to complete work. I gave them five stars because after two years they hired Jarrod Downer as their warranty coordinator. From the beginning he worked and was an advocate to right the wrongs and issues I had experienced with HOI. Jarrod is respectful, professional, and timely in his efforts. He represents what HOI should strive to deliver in customer service.I would recommend anyone who has had any concerns with HOI to reach out to Jarrod. He has shown he is willing to go the extra mile for the customer and he has restored my faith in HOIs ability and willingness to do the right thing.Great job on hiring this amazing person HOI. I would strongly recommend you do all that you can to retain Jarrod because he is a positive presence on your team.

If you want to enjoy your home, rather than paying to fix everything due to the poor craftsmanship and a worthless warranty, do not buy from Homes of Integrity. This builder goes from area to area. Once they've become known for who they are, they move on. Check out the reviews for Homes of Integrity @ Mosswood. I'm glad to see there are real reviews finally being posted on here. Kaitlin was an employee, and three of the other five star reviewers aren't even homeowners of a home built by Homes of Integrity, nor have they ever been. Take it for what it's worth.

We are new in the south and saw 8 different builders, but got all the answers we needed from Homes of Integrity, got a wonderful service, great team. Chad (the construction manager) is always nice with us and works really hard to fix the few things left. They changed their original plan to make a home exactly like we wanted. The counter top (granit) are well installed (it was not the case in our last home that we built in Canada), Rain bird irrigation system, can't find better, etc.

I am not, nor have I ever been an employee, owner, subcontractor, or supplier of Homes of Integrity. However, I do own one of the homes that HOI built, and I join with the many other folks who have given positive reviews of HOI. Like them, my experience has been very satisfactory from the first visit that my wife and I made to the HOI office, through inspection, closing, and the initial warranty period.Bobbi, Chad, Jarrod, and Meagan have been considerate and sincerely interested in meeting our needs and in resolving the issues that have arisen, and we look forward to enjoying the home that HOI built for us and the support services that HOI provides in standing behind its work.

This company also has vacation rentals through VRBO. We had to change our dates about 10 months before vacation due to the school schedule changing from the COVID-19 pandemic. They apparently forgot to update the new dates even though they emailed confirmation with the subject line “dates have been changed” and sent a new Rental Agreement with the updated dates. So, they double booked us and cut our vacation short. It took over 25 emails to get a new Rental Agreement and they did not want to discount our stay by the percent of time they were taking off, but I agreed anyway because our family loves this cabin. Then, 3 weeks out, the owners canceled on us completely due to construction on the cabin. The company said they will give us a 100% refund, but is not going to help us find another cabin. Most stressful vacation rental process ever with terrible communication, disorganization, and deplorable customer service.

My wife and I bought a house that was built by HOI in 2018. We had some issues during the construction process, which were largely attributed to lack of attention to detail and the builder being unresponsive and uncooperative at times. After closing, it took forever to get some issues resolved. Over the course of the past year, however, HOI has made a number of positive personnel changes. Since Jared and Chad were brought on board, there has been a remarkable improvement in responsiveness and helpfulness when issues arise. Jared has been such a pleasure to work with. He is very kind and professional. He takes the time to listen to our concerns and follows up quickly, usually with a great outcome. I would have given a higher rating if we would have been able to work with Jared and Chad from the start.

We’ve been in our home for a year and a half now and we love it. Chad made sure that everything was built as we wanted, and Jarrod and him took care of the few warranty items efficiently. Outstanding customer service from the whole team. We highly recommend Homes of Integrity.

We love, love, love our home in Waterways, Richmond Hill, GA! Anytime we needed anything at all, Jarred and Chad were there to make sure that everything was perfect! If you are looking to build or buy a home in the beautiful resort-like community of Waterways or in Richmond Hill, I highly recommend Homes of Integrity!

We are not employees or contractors or friends of anyone at HOI. We have been in our home almost 8 months. We bought the home in Southbridge because of the location and the perfect floor plan for us. The floor plan, the Paris, is perfect for growing old but still spacious. There are 3 bedrooms 2 bath on the main and a bedroom & bath above the garage. This means that as we age, we will not have to go up the stairs unless we want. It is 4-sided brick and very beautiful. We love it.Our interaction with HOI has been rocky, but they have gotten all subs to finish all of the things on my list. Our 1 year is coming up and I think it will be easier than before.

In all honesty our home was over priced and had issues. Built by homes of integrity. Integrity? Morals? Honesty? When I approached the owner John Mowry he F-bombed the heck out of me. Great owner morals? Wow, what a joke he was. Come to find out Johnny is a very well known loud, irrational, and temperamental person. Just ask his neighbors. Integrity does not describe this company. Take it or leave it. Ask around! Not only will you find a better recommendation for builder or contractor, but you'll see this owner/idiot for what he is.

While I do not own an HOI home, I live in a neighborhood where they are currently building and there is no HOA/POA, but there are common areas from before the POA/HOA folded. They have bent over backward helping to maintain the common areas and paying their share for maintenance when other developers/builders have not. If their ability to work with current homeowners who do not own one of their builds is any indication of the type of business they do, you won't have any complaints. I'm super appreciative of what they've done for our community.

No Compassion - Poor Ethics - Nasty Attitude (Owner)I am a military veteran and current Federal Officer. I am currently under contract on a pre-construction townhome, which is being build by Homes of Integrity in Richmond Hill, GA. We are nearly four months out from the closing date, and I entered into contract with this builder about two months ago. I have recently had an unforeseen change in financial circumstances that makes my going through with the purchase of the aforementioned property financial infeasible. To avoid financial hardship and allow for Homes of Integrity to avoid any loss in investment, I recently gave early notice of my situation through my realtor, informed the builder of my intention to pull out of the home purchase, and requested a partial or whole return of my earnest money in the sum of $1,000.I understand that, per the contract, Homes of Integrity is able to keep this $1,000 free and clear with my pulling out of the contract, but I do think it to be HIGHLY unethical. I am a single person, currently renting, with significant student loan payments, who is also providing monthly monetary assistance to my mother. I am unable to put away much in savings, so the $1,000 represents a lot of money to me as an individual.I was able to earn and save this $1,000 through my assignment last year to an innitiative to staff and secure critically manned locations on the southwestern border with Mexico. This money was earned performing very dangerous duties to help control/prevent the flow of illegal narcotics and human smuggling into the United States. On my behalf, my Realtor had a meeting with one of the owners of this business, Meagan Mowry to attempt to appeal for a return of the earnest money. I was told that Mrs. Mowry outright refused to hear my case and that she even mocked my request by laughing. At this point Homes of Integrity has nothing invested into my contract, aside from the administrative costs of drawing up the contract itself. To my knowledge the property’s construction has not even begun and there is plenty of time to line up another buyer. Surely, there is no monetary loss by erring on the side of ethics and compassion, and allowing me to terminate the contract with a whole or partial refund of my earnest money. As I understand it, earnest money is often refunded in cases just like mine. The actions of Meagan Mowry and Homes of Integrity in this matter do not, in my opinion, exemplify the high ethical practices that earn awards from the Better Business Bureau.

If it wasn't for the location of the home I'd go with another builder. The only good experience I had with these people was our first sales agent, Nadine Torres, who ended up getting fired, and Miss. Ashleigh, our designer consultant, who was super nice from the get go (hence the two star rating)"Integrity" problems from the start of the whole process: no real point of contact, no pre-wall walkthrough, not enough time to fix deficiencies found at final walkthrough...and the list goes on. Treated me as if I never bought a house before, as I was trying to avoid mistakes from previous experiences (they even called me paranoid at one time...yes John (the foreman), I am talking about you).Weak craftsmanship: within a month the grout from shower tiles and caulk from tub split, leaving gaps, walls warped, garage door wiring not installed correctly, and broken kitchen cabinets among other things. Non compliance with their advertisement: say they'll install framed mirrors on powder room and master bath...NOPE; say they'll install pantry lights...NOPE.They really need to revise their company name...perhaps Homes of Lack-of-Integrity is a better fit.

DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Harris trail townhomes are beautiful, but THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND MANAGEMENT ARE A SCAM!!! They twist and turn every word to get you to tent, after they get your money they go back on their word. ESPECIALLY FOR MILITARY FAMILIES! Don’t get orders bc you have to go through hell to move. My neighbor had COVID and they are still trying to show her home.
