Mike and his crew were great to work with. I needed an electrical outlet installed on my wall so I could mount my TV. His attention to detail was outstanding. I also needed access to the extra space below our stair case with a dog door (were using it for the litter boxes for our cats). I can't say enough about our great experiences every time we call Mike Walker w/residential improvement. I originally called him after reading high recommendations from my neighbors on our nextdoor app.I had gotten several estimates to replace our 25 year old deck, but he was the only one who took the time to crawl underneath our existing deck to examine the condition of the wood supports, most of which he was able to reuse. He & his crew were so professional and were at my house every morning at 8am till the job was completed. We especially appreciated his attention to detail and quality craftmanship. Being seniors, we can no longer do alot of our own home repairs so it means alot to know we can trust Mike (& Cindy) to handle the job in a timely manner at a fair price.

Can't believe that there are not 5000 five star reviews for this company! We had a piece of Hardie Plank fascia board come off the house during the last passing hurricane. Contacted another large, local siding company for the repairs but they never called to schedule after the quote. Searched and found Residential Improvement Doctor and am so glad I did! The quote and repairs were completed ahead of the scheduled times and the entire staff is friendly, courteous and very professional. Repairs were completed with great attention to detail and at a very fair price. Suffice to say that we found our home repair and improvement company for and and all future work. Thank you all!

We had some water damage from the upstairs bathroom down to our first floor. Mike and the team made everything look better than new. They were professional, fast, and affordable. We'll definitely be using them for any home improvement needs we have in the future.

Excellent work! They came by and fixed my roof in relatively short time, they also painted my ceiling for me! After the job was finished I heard what I thought was a leak and he came back to ensure there were no issues. Very professional team!
