If I could give another star I would. I dreaded having to get a roof but they made it so easy. AJ the sales guy explained to me in full detail, every step. I had an estimate in 15 minutes. John the GM was on top of everything. He came by during the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly and professionally. Had answers to every question. The workers are RPI employed, not sub contractors. They took good care of my yard and shrubs. Moved my patio furniture and replaced everything back exactly like it was. After completion they cleaned up really really good. Made sure there were no nails in the yard or driveway. Like they weren't even there except for my awesome roof. My energy bill is already better and it looks really good. My neighbor hired them after she saw how well and smoothly things went. From initial phone call to finished roof I was completely impressed. Couldn't say enough about RPI. I felt like I was their only customer. I recommend this company 110% . And my house looks so much better. Oh....and they have excellent financing options you can choose from. Which was a game changer for me.Service: Roof installation

The work crew arrived early in the morning on the day promised. They installed an entire new roof and did some extra repairs. They went above and beyond. At the end of the day you could not even tell that they were there. The new roof is outstanding!The company sales person "AJ" was extremely responsive, friendly and accommodating. RPI was recommended to me by a friend. I called RPI because I had shingles falling off. Mack came out, checked my roof, gave a quote, and helped me work with my homeowners insurance and adjuster. He took time to answer all my questions, showed me where I had “trouble” spots, and just made me feel confident in making RPI my roofing choice. Everything went as exactly explained. Johnathan and his team kept in touch with me, did a great job putting on the new roof, made sure my property was cleaned up, and answered and additional questions or concerns that I may have had. I would like to recommend RPI. They did an outstanding job on our roof. Oscar and his crew work long hours and do a fantastic job! The crew removed all the debris when they finished the roof. They made sure that my plants and lawn furniture were back to its original place. It was dark when the crew finished up. They walked with a flashlight making sure the driveway was clear of nails and debris.The Sales Manager, Doug Metzger explained the whole process to us. I was very impressed with how fast these gentlemen got our roof done! They had the old shingles off in less than 2 hours, and before lunch, they were installing the new ones. They made sure to run a rolling magnet over the entire area surrounding the house to get the loose nails up as well. All in all, we are very satisfied.

The couple of things that did get damaged in the throws of getting the job done were replaced without questions and in a professional manner. These guys stand behind their work!

RPI Roofing is A great Company. They installed a Gutter system on my home a few years past.So when I found a satellite dish was ripped off my roof, and water had been leaking in. Part of my roof was rotten and roofing tiles ripped off as well.I knew right off to Call their Representative, Mitch Molpus from past gutter installation. He got to my home ASAP, and within days, My roof was repaired in no time at all. RPI Also has affordable rates.I was again Pleased with the work RPI had done this time as well as in the past.You can't go wrong with this Company!!

RPI knows roofing both commercially and residentially and have a great system in place for getting quotes to you prior to work being scheduled so it is clear as to time frame and costs. They are locally owned and operated and know the roofing industry. I know if I sell a home with a RPI roof, it is a good one both for quality and longevity! Give them a call!

Not good. Put shingles over baseball sized holes in roof without replacing plywood. Removed power attic fan and reattached loosely with only 2 screws, somehow knocked thermostat out of adjustment fan was running in 45 degree weather. Very noisy because it was not centered over the hole and fastened loosely. They came back, re-centered the fan and REUSED the shingles they ripped up to fix the fan. Same with the hole they didn't repair. They came back, ripped up the shingles, replaced the plywood and they put those same shingles back on my roof.Their estimate said they would use 4 nails per shingle, under the circumstances I think I should check that. There were nails, tools, cut sheet metal, a tube of black caulk (what would they be using caulk for on my roof) all left behind laying in my yard. When they came back for a third time to clean up their mess they pretty much demanded payment without an invoice even though it was agreed that i would be invoiced and would send them a check. I thought I was hiring a reputable company. I don't think I would let these guys shingle a doghouse.

Four poor attempts to fix a leak and each as unsuccessful the next. Luckily there are other roofing companies that can perform better than RPI. They also had communication issues at first, it did get better later on but too little too late, especially if you can't get the job done right.

Mitch came to give an estimate 3 weeks ago, said he would be setting up the appointment and someone would be contacting me to do the repair work. Have yet to hear from him or the company. Has not responded to follow up contact.
