Came in quickly, helped me with the process of filing the claim with the insurance, and got everything removed and dried out as quickly as possible. They had a great team.

Quite the story with Serclean. First, they did a wonderful job after my bad plumbing system caused a bad back up at my rental. They were able to tear down and treat the areas. My license to Handyman also thought the job was done great and he was able to patch my house back together with confidence.An issue arose between my insurance company, and Serclean, leaving me with an unexpected bill, but Alan at serclean was very fair with how they manage the situation. I had a water heater leak that had been running for several weeks before I realized there was a problem. The Serclean team headed by Justin Murns, was extremely professional, did great work, and met my deadline. Justin came to our home quickly after our hot water heater leaked into the house. It had been installed in our attic. He was very professional and explained everything to me in detail. By coming quickly less things the home will need to be replaced.Blake came and did checks on the dehumidifiers & drying equipment over the following days. Ryan at Serclean has been a superstar the past few days to ensure our toilet damage was addressed quickly and effectively. Ryan always texted as a heads up while he was en route to the house which was a huge help to enable me to plan around my work from home call schedule. Ryan came frequently to ensure the blowers were in the best spots to accomplish the end goal and tested all the spots to ensure they were dry/treated. The day we had the plumber here, we contacted Serclean and Justin arrived within the hour, which was truly amazing and appreciated. Justin outlined upfront the entire process and variations that could occur based on the damage. Overall, VERY HAPPY and impressed with Serclean's responsiveness, professionalism, expertise and the results acheived.

It's nice to know that when misfortune knocks Serclean is there to answer! They were responsive, attentive, & professional... Ryan was a blessing to work with. My family had to call Serclean last year when we had a busted pipe in our kitchen they offered us a quick resolution, and peace of mind. Their work was quality and done to the highest standards. This month when my mother-in-law's sunroom was consumed with flood waters we knew exactly who to call. Serclean is a great mitigation company that cares about its customers and the community. We had an issue with water leaking through our ceiling and second floor of our house. Cody and Justin came out very fast and were super friendly and helpful. They let us know what to expect and what they were doing and why they were doing it every step of the way. They made sure that there was little to no demolition done to the house to get the water damage done and by the time they took the machines to dry everything up it was all super dry and clean up was very easy. Cody G. was the one who helped my family and I! He was very personable and professional and a delight to work with. He made an otherwise upsetting situation tolerable with how nice he was about the whole ordeal, and even helped show us some things about our AC we didn’t previously know, which he definitely wasn’t required to do but he did it anyway because he wanted the best for us.
