I had South Shore Roofing install a new roof in Richmond Hill, they did a great job on my roof and did TPO commercial roof on my back deck. They were very honest and professional in every aspect. I had several quotes from different roofers and South Shore were the best price and could not ask I could ask for a better group of people. Kyle, Brent, Luke, and Juan (and crew) provided seamless and professional service from start to finish. They filed the claim, were on the roof with the adjuster, and installed the new roof in one day (approx. 36 square). They only use the highest quality materials. No low-grade shingles for them! Their cleanup was superb ... not a scrap or nail to be found. When weather put them behind schedule, they even worked on a weekend to catch up. This is the 9th house my wife and I have owned so this isn't our first rodeo. If you are in need of a new roof/repairs, South Shore Roofing is the way to go. This is the second time I've had the pleasure of working with South Shore. Brett, Brent and Luke were absolutely amazing. They explained the process and were happy to answer any questions I had. I never felt pressured to make a desicion like I did with other roofing companies that we obtained quotes from. The quality of shingle thar South Shore Roofing used was of the highest quality. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect including making sure the color and shingle selection was perfect for our home. In addition, they were very timely considering a terrible hail storm had come through our town causing them to be backed up. The team South Shore had up on our roof was amazing. They finished our roof in one day (most of my neighbors roofers took two days). They did a great job cleaning up and leaving our home/ yard how it was. I got pictures as a follow up from Brent to ensure everything was completed to satisfaction. Truly was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend South Shore Roofing!

You're in good hands with South Shore Roofing. Luke was my sales agent and he was phenomenal! Very responsive and professional. The day of the roof installation, the crew came and greeted me and explained everything that would be happening while they were at my house. They were fast, efficient, professional and there were no nails left in my yard or driveway after completion. My new roof looks amazing! I am very big on customer service and communication and South Shore Roofing met my expectations. This company runs like a well-oiled machine.. which is not common with many small businesses. Great job by all! One day, in and out! Roof looks great and we have had zero issues with all the rain we have had in the past few weeks. Professional and courteous crew, had no issues at all. They did what they said they would do in a timely manner and the price was what I expected. This is the second house that I have used them for and they performed exceptionally well on both. I had a very nice experience with South Shore Roofing here in Richmond Hill GA. I received a quick call back and an inspection appointment was setup for 2 days later. When they came out the damage was minor but in need of a quick repair. A few shingles had blown off in a recent storm and several of the plumbing vents were leaking. In this case they were able to do the repairs on the spot. Very professional all the way through & reasonably priced. Another company told me I needed a replacement now, and their honesty and transparency told me the amount of time I had roughly to replacement and from his professional opinion what to do until then. After scheduling an appointment through their office, Kevin from South Shore roofing arrived right on time, as promised, to inspect my roof and give me a quote. He spent quite a bit of time and explained the entire re-roofing process and what I could expect. Kevin even met my insurance adjuster at my home while I was out of town and kept me apprised of status. After receiving approval for the work, Michael, the project manager took over. Michael also kept great communication and informed me step-by-step on what would be happening and how to prepare. This included phone calls as well as email and text communications. Another work trip took me away again but South Shore didn't miss a beat. The work was completed on schedule and I returned to a beautiful new roof. Good enough, right? You would think, but not quite. At this point, Kyle, the owner of the company, scheduled a visit and conducted his own personal inspection of the work and chatted with me to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I said to him and I'll say to you...the entire South Shore team is extremely efficient and professional from office personnel, to sales reps, to project managers, to the owner. I was very impressed and pleased with the service from South Shore Roofing. Luke Patrick called before showing up for the appointment. (Always a plus.) When he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I took him to my trouble area in the attic, and then he went to the roof. We had a small leak from the chimney pipe that was only noticeable with a HEAVY rain. We're delighted we chose South Shore for our roofing needs. Start to finish, they delivered; professional service and a seamless process. Each Team Member provided consistently courteous and quality service within the realm of their specialty area. Initial contact via phone was with Brett, who provided an overview of services and initiated the scheduling of our initial meeting. Sales Rep., Kevin was not only delightful, but delivered a thorough inspection inclusive of rooftop and attic photos illustrating our needs. He outlined the process, discussed color options, and answered all of our, many, questions. Kevin, also, provided things for us to consider that allowed us to be better prepared; noise concerns, pets, securing of items both inside and outside). The Project Manager, Michael, helped determine a timeline and communicated all project details; dumpster arrangements, materials delivery, etc. Crew Manager, Juan, oversaw the actual roofing, working alongside his crew to ensure quality and efficiency, but with consideration to maintaining a "clean" site using tarps around perimeter and covering pool to concentrate the "debris field." Suffice it to say, only ONE roofing nail was found afterwards, and this, prior to Company Owner, Kyle Patrick's final sweep and inspection. Kyle met with us to ensure the job met our expectations, as well as the clearly high standards of South Shore Roofing. We could not be happier with the work done and the final outcome. Delay delay delay one year it took them to finish they subcontracted work the last worker was to paint and Install new doors. He was. Not someone I felt comfortable with in my home he made copies of my house key with out my permission coned me more than once on his work time table. I fired him he spayed my Windows left caulking on my brick front where it was obvious it was with mallious intent and now I find in the spring he took some kind of chemical to kill all the establish fig vine on the parking and killed almost all of it only knew this spring what he had done as an agent of this company. Totally avoid this company
