Stan and my insurance company had very different views on the condition of my roof. The insurance company approved the new roof and a week later retracted the approval after the new roof was installed. Whipple roofing and my self fought and finally the insurance company paid. It took months to get paid and Whipple was very patient about getting paid. The new roof is fantastic and installed in two days. No issues and it looks great.

These guys are great from start to finish!! Stan and his crew will take care of you for sure. They were a pleasure to work with, did a fantastic job and took care of all the details along the way. The crew was meticulous in cleaning up after each job as well. I didn’t find one nail in my yard from the entire process. You want to use this company!! I have a beautiful new home now.

We needed a quality roofing company that we could trust and afford. Our 23 year old roof had some wood rot and house repairs that we could not reach. My husband was given a referral to Whipple Roofing on Palm Sunday. Monday WR was contacted. Tuesday WR came to our home. The sales rep gave us professional roofing advice and a thorough GAF packet of info. The following week the forman answered all our questions with integrity and was very courteous. The roofing crew was prompt on their arrival and finished the GAF roofing system on the first day. All paint touch ups on the repairs were completed the next day. Plus, a bundle of unused shingles were delivered to our door. This company has an outstanding work ethic and excellent customer service!

TRANSPARENCY IN ROOFINGThe faces of Whipple Roofing, LLC are Stan 'Stosh' Surey and Brian Gouty. The knowledge, experience, and integrity they and their GAF-certified crew bring to your home lays waste the adage that 'everyone experiences at least one bad roofer in their lifetime.' We no longer have to with Whipple Roofing. Stan is always (!) one text, email, or phone call away (which is more than I can say about my insurance company regarding my April 26 hail storm damage claim). I told a Liberty Mutual manager it's embarrassing when the roofer becomes your source of policy information and not your insurance company. Yet also your gift as Stan is more than willing, and capable to kindly, and with great patience walk you through this confusing and challenging process. In the end, yours is an aesthetically and structurally superb roof covered by a consumer-oriented contract and warranty that I suspect is superior in this area. Also, as Stan says they aren't going anywhere (even my last roofer, Home Depot, has quietly folded their roofing division). I believe Stan and am thankful to the Lord they aren't.02/20/24 I am still in love with my Whipple roof! I am concerned that instead of Stan Surey's promised & financially invested in upon by myself & Liberty Mutual Insurance the GAF Golden Pledge Limited Warranty coverage, I was issued upon completion months later after monthly emails to Whipple a System Plus Limited Warranty. My certified mail letter to Whipple at 141 Pine Arbor Rd Hardeeville SC 29927 to correct the issue was returned as 'RETURN TO SENDER, NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED, UNABLE TO FORWARD'. Sadly I look to my roof's Whipple coverage with trepidation instead of comfort.

From the very first meeting with Stan "Stosh" we knew Whipple Roofing was the company we wanted to go with. Stosh took the time to go over every detail and answer all of our questions. Stosh and Brian handled each step with our insurance company as well. Our insurance company was difficult at times to communicate with and both Stosh and Brian stayed on top of it to make sure everything was handled and moving forward on the claim. If we ever had a question we could reach out to one of the guys and have a response back that same day.When the Whipple team arrived at our house to start on our roof they arrived early and were ready to work. Their team works incredibly fast while also making sure to not miss any details. They also keep the job site clean and neat while working.We absolutely love the look of our new roof and would recommend Whipple Roofing to everyone!

Had a fantastic experience with this company. Stan helped from the very beginning and continued to follow up during the claim process. They just replaced our roof and Stan and Brian were here each day to make sure the workers were on schedule and answer any questions that we had. I can't say enough good things about this company and would recommend them to everyone. Best company we have dealt with since moving to Savannah.

I’ve deal with many many contractors and service providers in my life but this roofing company is the worst of all.Someone said that one employee can destroy a business….this is the perfect example of that. This gentleman Stan “Stosh”, he is unprofessional, rude, impolite, racist, prepotent, arrogant.Replacing the roof on my property it has been the worst experience in my life because of Whipple Roofing….mainly with this mentioned co-owner/employee.My review to this company is supported with documents, text messages, and other providers (Loss Adjuster/Public Adjuster) that were involved into this roof replacement contract.I would avoid using them…..!!!!!!!!!Service: Roof repair
