From the first call to a finished job, Austin Exteriors was the most professional business we’ve done business with in a long time. Thanks to Chris and team for creating the patio cover that we visioned. Their attention to detail resulted in a quality install, their work is outstanding! It was some of the hottest days of the summer, but they were here every day until finished. Since I have received so many compliments on the fit and finish and how well the patio cover fits the home. We highly recommend Chris and Austin Exteriors.

Recently had them build a 12x15’ screened-in patio and an 8’ covered extension.My main selling point was their claim of quality over other companies. I choose them for this reason even though they were nowhere near the cost of the others. This was a huge mistake. You can see the attached images but to sum it up, it’s been just under a month since it has been completed. The roof leaks (I notified them immediately and haven’t heard anything in weeks), all the caulking has cracked, the electrician destroyed the siding of my house and the circuit breaker for the outlet he installed keep tripping. The tape they used to seal the roof joints is already peeling up in several places and the side of my house is exposed where the roof meets the siding.Hope this helps you make a choice if you’re deciding between other companies.Service: Patio construction

Chris and his team did an amazing job on our outside covered patio structure and screen in. They also installed a sliding double door in our master bedroom so now we can walk right out onto the patio. We had an issue with the stock door from Lowes and Victor went over to Lowes and got it fixed insanely quick. We are now in talks to start another project!

I’m not going into all the details but I would definitely not recommend them.I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. They came , measured and didn’t get back to me. I called, the reps father was having surgery…..ok I understood. Called again…the vinyl company needed more measurements than he had given them. He said he was in the process of sending them. Still no word from him. This has set us back 1 month from having our lanais made into a 3 season room. I found a reliable company, but Austin Exteriors set us back 1 month.

Really good quality work…. Just the smallest details done right… also willingness to correct any concerns without hesitation.. that in itself is very valuable… I appreciate you all making my house a little more cozy 👍
