Beau was wonderful from the onset. His estimate used global positioning satellites to measure the entire roof. No other estimate did that. His price was in the middle. His staff of installers (6 workers!) were excellent and extremely hard working. The entire process, even with some rain, took 2 days. Beau and his crew did a great job on my roof, and worked so hard. Those guys were there about 12+ hours on my house the first day. Friendly guys and the impressive part? They put my roof antenna back in place they had to take down and also did a great job cleaning up their mess. We shopped extensively for a roofer to replace our shingled roof. Beau was very professional, explained everything, had a unique solution to our ventilation challenge, and was competitively priced. He just finished our project and cleaned up completely along with cleaning up each evening before leaving our job. He also did our roof replacement in patches to avoid any spot rain shower troubles. Update: chimney cap installed and Beau was pleasant and did the install quickly and even got a toy off the roof after my son asked. Thank you. (July 2019)Original review: Beau came out and beat other companies on the price and we felt confident with his company since he would be there at the start and end of the roofing project.Part of this job included a new chimney cap.Fast forward to the end of the job... It was dark and the crew was hustling to clean up.The next day, we found plastic pieces cigarette butts, and a lot of nails on the ground and plastic still hanging around the edge of our roof. We also found roofing nails on my kids' trampoline...He said he would come back the next day to assess but he never did. There was no new chimney cap. My husband has called and texted, ran into him at the hardware store, I've called (no answer) and I've texted him...After texting him that I felt like we were just brushed off and disappointed that we still had no new chimney cap, he responded,... you're right... I'll make this a priority... That was April.Still no new chimney cap and still picking up roofing debris and the occasional roofing nail.We paid him in full when they were done with the roof but we SHOULD have not paid in full until the ENTIRE job was done.I kept giving the benefit of the doubt but I'm just done. This job started in December 2018 and even though we paid in full, it's still not complete (June 2019)I hate leaving poor reviews - that's why this review is coming around 6 months after the job was started. It was never finished.

I spoke with Beau on the phone for the first time 2 weeks ago, had a friendly conversation, and he scheduled an appointment to come inspect my roof the next day however he was a no show nor did he call/text for an explanation. I texted him and he did not respond however per my iMessage he “Read” the text. The next day I gave him the benefit of doubt so I called and left a voicemail and he again did not have the human decency nor professional courtesy to return my call. I texted him the following Tuesday to let him know I no longer needed his service and that I found someone else to do the job since he was a no show and he again “Read” the text but did not respond. I got no explanation...nothing! I never even met the guy....never got the chance to experience what others did. He is so unethical he even removed the ability for customers to leave reviews on Facebook after he got some bad reviews! That’s no integrity at all! I do not recommend this unprofessional company! (Looks like per the other bad reviews this is a common bad practice so it wouldn’t surprise me if he got friends to leave positive fake reviews to boost his ratings). This is a shame!
