Miguel and all of his employees at Coastal Contracting did an amazing job. A special shout out to Armando and his daughter who did a majority of the work on our remodeled guest bathroom. Armando and his daughter were so friendly and so professional. Miguel and his office staff kept us informed throughout the process and explained everything as well as answered all of our many questions along the way. Miguel is very friendly and very knowledgeable. He recommended a change to the shower bench location because he determined the original location would not be as practical as originally planned. He treated our project as if he were doing his own house. I attached some before and after photos. Coastal Contracting will be the only company we will use for all of our future home improvement projects. You will not be disappointed!

After searching for a contractor to replace custom patio doors as well as two exterior doors to our home, we contacted Coastal Contracting, LLC. They quickly returned our call, scheduled an in house appt and wrote a detailed proposal. All doors were custom sizes so there was a wait time for arrival. As soon as they were delivered, Miguel scheduled the installation for the next week. Now, we are happy to have all doors in place, beautifully installed and stained to our specifications by a courteous and professional crew. Oversight of the entire process to completion was excellent.We were so impressed with Coastal Contracting, LLC, we decided to use them for the exterior painting of our house. Miguel and his team are top notch, professional remodelers/builders. They have just completed a large project that included construction of a 26 x 36 three bay detached garage, complete re-plywood of house, Hardie trim and siding, new window and exterior door install, rebuilding front porch with new support posts and framing of new wall support beams inside house.The crew showed up promptly each day and worked diligently until the project was complete. The crew was polite and took care of our property as if it were their own. The framing of the garage was spot on with every detail covered. They went the extra mile to hurricane strap everything, enlarge the foundation footers and epoxy fill support posts. These are not the kind of details any builder will provide but you can count on Miguel to make sure it is finished correctly.Any questions we had were responded to immediately and adjustments made according to our wishes. I would not hesitate to utilize Coastal Contracting again in the future and already have plans to do so. These guys are professionals and will treat you well which can be difficult to find these days. I would think no project is too big or small for these guys given our experience with them. 100 percent recommend.

We could not be happier with our bathroom remodel from Miguel and the rest of the team at Coastal Contracting. We were wary of starting this project because we've heard so many stories about drawn-out timelines and surprise costs. Thankfully we enjoyed a smooth, straight-forward experience with Coastal Contracting. Miguel coordinated and oversaw a seamless process, which took less than two weeks. Carrie, in the front office, was excellent at communicating the schedule and keeping us updated. Armando and crew arrived early every morning and worked until late in the evening, even on Saturday.We found Coastal to be exceptional, in terms of professionalism, efficiency, communication, and quality of work. We highly recommend this company for any home renovation project!

We contacted CC to replace the stair railing and install hardwood flooring in our home. However, once work began they found several other safety issues with our stairs and fixed those as well. They worked quickly, cleaned up behind themselves at the end of each day, and had excellent craftsman’s ship. They were understanding when the materials I purchased online did not come on time causing work to stop and worked with me to reschedule. Armando and Jenny were kind and hardworking and the owner, Miguel, was very meticulous about everything being perfect during the final walkthrough. It was a great experience! Coastal Contracting built for us a free-standing, gabled carport to match the architecture of our home. They also poured a concrete back porch and extended our gabled roof over the new porch. In addition, they built a five foot wide covered walkway between the porch and the carport. Coastal Contracting did superb work!!! Every aspect of the construction was done with precision and excellence!!! They were able to give us exactly what we wanted with the quality of work that we wanted and still stay within our budget! In addition to all of this, they were very accessible and easy to communicate with. Miguel was constantly coming by to check on the work and make sure that we were all on the same page. Wow is all I can say. We had Coastal Contracting level some sloping floors and install new flooring on our second floor of our house. 100% satisfied. They did what I thought to be impossible. I had these guys install a countertop that was PRE-FABRICATED, when Miguel called an hour and a half after the project started to say it was done and how easy it was I thought maybe there’d be some sort of discount. But nope, he threatened to take me to court so I paid the man what he was owed. Just about $2000.00 for an hour and a half of work. Totally overpriced. Also, as far as I can tell they DID NOT win best contractor in Savannah as they claim on their Facebook page.Service: Kitchen remodeling
